We stayed in one of the 5th-floor king suites. The room is well appointed, with a dishwasher, silverware, and other convenient amenities. Breakfast was nice, and at first glance the hotel appears clean and upscale. However, the details tell a different story. The carpet in our room was heavily stained and honestly pretty repulsive, and the bathroom floor had some kind of splatter on it. The bed was extremely firm—basically felt like concrete—and the pillows were flat. The most frustrating part was the temperature. If you’re a hot sleeper, this place isn’t for you. The thermostat is capped at 68 degrees, and our room stayed uncomfortably warm. Overall, it was an okay stay, but for the price, I was disappointed.

I have tried calling this hotel 3+ times to book a block of rooms for my wedding. I have yet to get a call back from anyone. Very disappointed.

This is a nice place, spacious and modern. We stayed in a 5th floor King Suite corner room, which is well appointed for a long stay though we only did one night. There's a microwave, large fridge, dishes and dishwasher. Bathroom has entry from the living or sleeping rooms. Room was quiet and the bed comfy. A/C was fine. The breakfast was a bit light on options (compared to a Hampton) but was acceptable. The eating area (lobby) doesn't have a ton of tables, but does have bar-type seating.

The room was clean and it was easy to contact the front desk for linen(sofa bed). Location was next to a Plaza with several food options. Love the coffee station. It had everything we needed.
