    Nice place with helpful staff. Rooms were clean, nice big lobby and outdoor seating. My biggest problem is they don't have free breakfast and its pretty expensive if you want to pay for it.

    Hilton Honors Member - first time and last time here. Restaurant not open, bar not open, waiting for help at the counter. Nothing available to be microwaved. First room had stains and rips in the rug. Second room offered had stains, but at least no rips. Lighting in bathroom is very dim, almost useless.

    We check in and got to our room. The air didn't work so I tried to call the front deck but the phone didn't work either. I went down to the deck and they said there was no maintenance on just give it a half hour. After a half hour I went back down and he switched rooms. The beds where hard and uncomfortable. You could get breakfast for $15.99. The morning host was very nice but I will not be back.

    My history in leaving reviews is not much BUT I had to take the time to leave a review… By far the WORST stay I have ever had ! Let’s start with how DIRTY the place was. Garbage cans were over flowing of trash, the floors were so filthy I mean the guy at the front stood there looking at all this and never thought to do their job and change the trash. My key card never worked even after bringing it to their attention. My husband had breakfast and there was mold on the pastries they had out. After all this we were charged twice for our stay. So so disappointed !! On the bright side… the gentleman who was helping with breakfast was the only staff member I saw that said more than 2 words to us and explained. I will give him my 5 star review !! Other then that… THUMBS DOWN 👎

    Booked here over competiors because they said they have Jacuzzi tubs. Called to verify before hand paid extra compared to other hotels and arrive to find smallest tubs possible. Rude management. And yes go figure room had mold on the wall and lamp shade. I am expected to sleep with mold 5fr from me?!? Went to the desk to discuss and the clerk was absolutely rude. When I showed pictures I felt dismissed then when I went on how the website pictures show rooms with Jacuzzi he responded with "those are trial renovation rooms and are not yet available " yet the website shows available. He was also rude to the guests in front of us. Who told him to forget it they'll come back for help when someone else shows up... not a great anniversary night at all. Oh review gets better. Got a new room after complaining to management. New room no AC 77 in the room. No refrigerator so all the left overs from our dinner are toast. Ice machine on the floor doesn't work. No emergency maintenance and no extra rooms. Oh and better yet. Found out they rented the mold room back out to another group. People's health right out the windows.
