We stayed here for a wedding; it had a discounted rate through the bride & grooms wedding block, so didn’t check reviews but I definitely should have. They gave us a room with two tiny full beds even though we requested king & we’re obviously a couple. There were Stained bed sheets and carpets. Bath tub faucet almost fell off when I tried to divert the water up to the shower head.. Gym equipment didn’t work. This place is absolutely atrocious, definitely stay elsewhere

However, After speaking with some of the hotel about improvements, they made for guest experience for an example brand new Wi-Fi services that works amazing, very clean lobby and entrance area that smells fantastic! Hampton Inn Blue Ash, also has really stepped up their breakfast from 6 AM – 10 AM, the rooms are very clean and organized and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They also offered tons of options, both food and drink in their sweet shop. This hotel did have some gym equipment issues, when it came to a couple treadmills and one of the bikes, but the hotel serviced all of their equipment and has everything up and running. The indoor pool area is great for the kids and is also nice for swimming laps or just relaxing. This hotel will always be a safe and go to choice in the future! Thank you

- JMJames McGOct 8, 20251.0This place is a sad excuse for a Hampton. The last time I stayed there the internet was out for days. Power was out at the gym for days. The ceiling in the pool area is crumbling. The handrail for the pool is broken. I could go on. I’m convinced that all of the Hilton properties in the Blue Ash area are owned by the same family. They are all mismanaged, neglected and gross. After 2 decades of being loyal to Hilton, I switched to Marriott.
