Stayed here for the weekend for my son’s soccer tournament. The location seems to be mid point from most places, so that was nice.
Services- first night was good. They were very accommodating. Second night- different person at first desk. Not sure if there’s any hospitality training but this lady must have skipped that training.
ROOMS- awful. I can go on but these are my most memorable…
- Floors felt grimy/soiled.
- shower curtain didn’t fit the shower, 2-3 shower curtain rings were broken off so we were showering with half a shower curtain- floor was soaked with water
- didn’t clean our room
- we didn’t have towels since we were wiping up the floor from shower and no cleaning service
- we asked for towels and wash rags and they said they don’t have any wash rags.
Overall- inconsistent service, not clean.

While our suite appeared recently remodeled, the updates couldn’t make up for several basic issues. There was no trash can in the room, the refrigerator didn’t work, and our room was never refreshed during our two-night stay. After three separate requests for fresh towels, I finally had to take our dirty towels down to the front desk and bring clean ones back up myself.
For a hotel in this price range, these are fundamental expectations. Unfortunately, this stay fell well short, and I don’t think we’ll be returning.

Hands-down, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and the worst experience. Our first room had bed bugs, when we informed the manager, they said they hadn’t had a problem in a while and I said a couple years and they said no, a couple weeks….. So they moved us to the fifth floor, which was being renovated where they said nobody’s had bedbugs, the mattresses were covered in plastic, and it left us very uncomfortable the rest of the stay. The place is filthy, the amenities are never available. We had zero coffee in our room. The coffee machine wasn’t working downstairs, the floors look like they’ve never been vacuumed and we had 2 towels, and asked for more, was told they didn’t have any. I could go on and on, but this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I cannot believe I have to pay the amount of money I did.

This review is truly a 3 but I didn't want to mark it that low because I believe the hotel has potential. The staff makes up for the renovations that are taking place (November 2025). What you need to know -- the room was nice and super cleanand the bed was super comfortable. Use the set of elevators closest to the front desk. If you want to hang out, skip the old couches in the courtyard. In fact, close your eyes while you walk past them to the bar/restaurant/lounge area on the opposite end of the hotel with amazing staff. Skip the continental breakfast steam trays. The food looks good but there is no taste. However, there is an amazing person on the grill who will make you an amazing omelet, pancakes, or eggs however you want them. A much better experience and he's super fast and friendly. There is also a helpful hostess who takes care of your needs while you eat. What is lacking is aesthetics is made up with hospitality. Overall, I didn't get what I expected for an Embassy Suites, but I did enjoy my stay.
