We prefer staying at Embassy Suites because of the room size and traveling with young kids. We were first disappointed that a large part of the hotel was under construction when we arrived. Additionally, beyond the bartender, staff weren't friendly or helpful. We requested an extra blanket for our kids three times. We waited 2 hours, even delaying bedtime, and never received the blanket. The room phone didn't work and they didn't respond via the app chat, so we repeatedly walked down to the front desk. The bathroom sink was backed up everytime we used it. Bed was hard as a rock. No omelet station to breakfast, though it was still advertised. Not sure if we'll be visiting this location again.

No warning of the major renovations going on in the hotel upon arrival to our stay. Main atrium has major construction going on as well as rooms above and below. Linus contraction with banging , grinding, jackhammers, lifts beeping. Upon arrival to my room found trash behind the door, missing air duct cover in the bathroom. The pool is closed for rennovations. No made to order omelets for breakfast and the food was cold at 830 am. Out of milk for cold cereal. The noise doesn’t allow for my 9 month old to take a nap. No phone call or anything from the hotel prior to my stay. Long time Hilton hotel attendee and very disappointed in this hotel. When walking around hallways that are way under construction the public could walk through and trip and fall on garbage and such all over. Front desk check in was not very helpful and telling me how to get to my room or even where breakfast was. Very disappointed and want my refund.

The hotel is under construction: had we known this before booking, we would have booked at another Hilton Hotel. The beds were lop sided and uncomfortable, there were 2 holes in the all in the bathroom and the sofa in the suite was broken down. We typically stay at any Embassy Suites with no problems. We were very disappointed.

Had a terrible experience on 11-26-25. My wife and I are both Hilton rewards members and were excited to stay at an Embassy Suites. However, the booking sites do not advise that the hotel is under major renovations including the lobby, pool and majority of the rooms. When we went to our room 415, we entered and found the phone wasn’t connected and three outlets didn’t have face plates which allowed bare wires to be exposed. This was a major issue when traveling with three small children. When I made the night manager Jacob Herb aware of this and asked if my children could use the pool at another nearby Hilton property, he refused. I then brought up the outlets and he said our room shouldn’t have been booked. Jacob then checked our room and found one outlet was for the phone and the other two were for the thermostat, so on top of the safety issue, we could also not turn on the heat. When my wife brought up reimbursement, she was rejected and we were offered two separate rooms.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION! Beware! I had no idea when I booked the hotel and I ended up in a room directly over the parking lot where about five dumpsters are sitting. My last day here, Monday morning at 5 AM. The garbage company comes and starts to empty out all five of these gigantic dumpsters full of hotel debris. Quite the sight to see and quite unhappy that someone did not direct me to a different room, considering this very loud activity at 5 AM in the morning. In addition to that, I had no towels when I arrived and the front desk people (every shift) never say hello to you as you come and go.The hospitality here is very poor. This is by far the worst embassy suites that I have ever stayed in. There was a leak in the roof of the lobby and a garbage can under it for a whole day. The decor is very dark in the rooms- dark carpets and dark furniture. They are upgrading, but they’re just upgrading to 1998. The towels and sheets are dingy. Very disappointing- I am a Hilton member. I gave it a 2 because the room itself was clean and the breakfast was good. My friend lives here close by. Next time I will choose another hotel.
