Breakfast had a lot of variety and the food was good. Terrance, who worked at the main desk provided spectacular customer service- when my 3 year old was having a rough time at breakfast he brought over some treats for the kids, and it was right when breakfast was supposed to close, a guest called down to the front desk and he took responsibility for keeping it open a few minutes longer to accommodate them! In a world where customer service is lacking, Terrance is a shining star for what great customer service looks like! Thank you for a wonderful holiday stay!

Can only use the front door to enter. They also skimp on towels. Weight room was nice. But when someone is doing laundry it turns into a sauna.

The lady that prepared breakfast was awesome I didn't get her name but she was very accommodating. I will book here the next time I'm come to Ohio!
