- JMJessica MerrittDec 30, 20255.0Needed a not too expensive place to stay for a week long procedure taking place at the Cleveland Clinic. Very nice and clean. No microwave or coffee pot in the room. The mini mini fridge is on the floor which made it hard to use when you have back issues. But all in all a nice hotel.

Location is great and close to shopping, restaurants and freeways. The true standout however was the staff. To a person, they were friendly, helpful, and efficient. As a solo traveler I felt they looked out for my safety. Special shout out to Eula and Christi for their kind and attentive guest services.

It reminds me how nice folks are in the Midwest. Grab and go breakfast is a nice touch too. Hot coffee:) I enjoyed my HBE, yogurt with options of almond milk, soy milk is super nice! Thanks to all the hardworking kitchen staff putting a wonderful breakfast! Housekeeping team does a great job keeping the facility clean!
- EHEster HallNov 29, 20255.0Friendly, courteous and welcoming as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted by LaVon and although their site was down she made sure that I got everything I needed. She even gave us a treat bag for our fur babies! The enclosed space for the pets to run around was amazing and my fur babies loved the space and my puppy got his first experience of snow while running and playing. The rooms were nice and clean and quiet.
