I made reservations for a two-bedroom suite for January 3rd (one day). The room that was given to us was #423. I have made several reservations here because I have always received excellent customer service. I will NEVER make another reservation here again. When I woke up, I saw several bite marks on my arms. When I turned my flashlight on, there were bedbugs on the chair by the window.I called the front desk about 5:30 am. Linda was very concerned about the situation I was having in my room. I requested to see a manager. I was told she would be there at 8 am. Then, I was told she would be there at 11 am. I called back up there around 11:15 am and was told another story. I left my name and number and I am still waiting for a manager to call me.

It’s fine. Clean but a little worn out. Less than I expect from a Hilton hotel. Family of 4 and three bath towels. Went to pool in AM and there were only 2 pool towels left. Asked front desk for more and they were out. Linda at the front was trying to be pleasant but could not mask her annoyance. I asked for three more bath towels and then two towels for the pool. I figured the girls could reuse the bath towels from the night before for their hair. Front desk offered 0 empathy only annoyance veiled with a smile: What I needed from Linda was, “I’m so sorry we are out of pool towels. How many towels would your family need? Here you go…” she was perturbed that I had dirty bath towels in my room. I offered that she could retrieve them because I was done with her attitude. She said I could put them in the hallway. Told, not asked. You always ask your guests nicely. So I put the towel out that was too wet to be reused. Now there’s a wet towel on their carpet. I get it. It’s hard when guests keep pool towels. Stock more towels- not Linda’s fault but management of the hotel. Hope she has a better day
On the other hand breakfast was great and the staff at check in and cleaning staff I encountered along the way were all pleasant.

This hotel was a great last minute find. We got a king bed and two queens. It fit us great and it had two bathrooms which was really nice. The girls who checked us in over night were wonderful and so sweet!
