Great hotel. Parking at a parking garage not at hotel. Easy to register and the room was quiet.

This hotel's descriptions and amenities seem right on par with what I'm needing for my nursing stay in October. Prior to my arrival I called the hotel twice to ask a few questions. Both calls were in the evenings and both answered by front desk agent named "Nicole". Her obvious laziness and unwilling to listen are off the charts. On both occasions she had a very unprofessional demeanor; was short, rude, confrontational, lazy and simply had a very unwelcoming attitude. I will certainly not have my company spend their accommodations budget on a hotel where my business doesn't seem to matter. I will instead by staying at the Drury Inn where at least the front agents seem to actually care about giving out good service and making my stay pleasant while answering my questions in a professional manner. Nicole needs to leave her very unpleasant and downright bitchy behavior at home and management needs to remind her she is the face and voice of the hotel and more important than anything else, hotel guests have many other options.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had in a while. Every staff member that I engaged with was pleasant. Ms. Sunshine really loves what she does, both mornings I went down for breakfast I was truly impressed with her kindness, whether it was in her interactions with the elderly or young children. It brought a smile to my face. I usually avoid the suite shops at hotels because the prices are horrid. But the cost of the soda was less than I expected and ended up having a great conversation with Ms. Ijeana at the front desk (hope I spelled it right), wish I would've ventured down there and met her a night sooner. She was very knowledgeable about her city and other things. Spent so much time down there chatting my daughter thought I might've been kidnapped. But the room was clean, the pool and fitness areas were serviced on a regular while I was there and I was happen to come across a Hilton brand that still had a hot tub in the pool area, I needed that relaxing soak. I will certainly be visiting Cleveland again to check out some of the places Ms. Ijeana recommended and will certainly be booking my stay here again!

Clean, spacious, well run, with better appointments and finishes. But it is the people who work there that make this the very best home-away-from-home in Cleveland. From housekeeping staff that greet and remember you, to a Sunshine chef who takes standard hotel fare a step higher, to the warm, courteous and knowledgeable front desk team . . . they got you. Focus on your business, or medical calling to the Clinic, and know that your "home" team is there for you.
