    Large, modern rooms - and we really appreciated that breakfast is served until 11 on weekends with checkout at noon. What we appreciated less was the hotel staff member who stood outside our room’s door loudly proclaiming his many grievances about his work schedule and having a nice long gossip with his friends for several hours beginning before 7am. Our room’s door loudly was near the lobby, but we still don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect some level of courtesy - particularly since there were many guests only a few steps farther away eating breakfast, and we couldn’t hear them at all, so this person was LOUD. So maybe get a room a bit farther off the lobby, but aside from that it’s a good location and value.

    We were greeted with a smile & laughter! Check-in was quick & easy and we were off to our room! Well lit halls, room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed.

    Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Filthy and Unacceptable! I can’t believe this is a Hilton property. My stay at the Home2 Suites in Beachwood, Ohio, in October 2025 was absolutely disgusting. The tub was full of mold and grime, and there was dirt and old half eaten food on the floor around my bed, lamp was rusted. Even worse, there were brown stains on the walls that looked like dried blood or coffee. The smell in the room was awful — musty and sour — and there was a wide gap on the side of my door and it wouldn’t close all the way and the door that let in hallway light and noise all night and I’m sure bugs. I couldn’t even relax, let alone feel clean. This place needs a deep cleaning from top to bottom. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

    Extremely disappointed in food service and staff. Breakfast is from 7 to 11 am. Many guests were left with only a few options. Food service staff was rude. Even juices were filled with water.

    Labor Day weekend was very pleasant here! Darian, the front desk manager, made sure all of my room needs were met even with a short staff! Above and beyond! Housekeeping was great as well as the director of the hotel. Ask for Darian ladies & gentlemen if you stay here. Location is a plus. Right off the freeway. I also left my computer there (smh) and they held it for me so that was really great customer service. I definitely am for guests to stay here.
