    Taylor at the front desk was one of the most professional and pleasant receptionists I've encountered during my weekly travels. Rooms are super clean and well furnished. So is the bathroom. Great hotel at a very reasonable price. I will stay here again when I'm in Cleveland.

    Called on a Sunday to arrange a funeral block for my father’s funeral . The woman Carole played phone tag for two days . She then proceeded to tell me I called on a Sunday so she was unavailable which fine but today is Monday and she’s been unavailable for half the day almost . Still human and understandable I asked a 15 room - 20 room block to rent for the funeral she then asked what kind of rooms where as I have no care if it’s queen or king just the room block period if they only have king sized beds one would remiss that only a king size bed would be given. The woman pretended as though she did not intend to sell the rooms from the moment we got on the call mind you I informed multiple employees what it was that I was looking for before finally speaking with Carole the “ sales” director . Essentially her tone demeanor and the way I was treated leads me to not want to book anything with this company now when I called the same number back they tried to say they were “ home wood suites “ same girl initially talked to on the phone pretended to not know me my voice or my name even though I clearly recognized her and purposefully quoted the hotel name wrong . Which I would say is probably common with their establishment. Will not be doing buisness with them ever it’s that simple the discrimination the attitude when I’m just speaking to you for the first time as though I’m a guest never have ever done anything wrong . Mind you I told them this was for a funeral they obvious All are in need of sensitivity training. Home training as well . Laughing when I called and asked if this was who I spoke to before the disgusting behavior as humans to another human going through something I hope the phone call is recorded and both of you are fired on the spot . 1500 atleast lost on your terms because you’re rude . Again why approach every situation with a nasty attitude or less then sunny disposition?

    Friendly staff, clean rooms and lobby. Pool and whirlpool were enjoyable. Good breakfast.

    The only thing I can complain about is the noise of water when other guests are flushing or bathing. I was on a first floor room that was nice & very well kept.
