    You will sneeze and itch in this hotel. Everything is outdated and dirty. Stains and caked up old food On couch and floors is what you will get. This hotel has potential to become better if they just throw everything away and start over. Don't go here if you're allergic to dust 😷😣 😩😩😩 this place made my skin crawl. I was so uncomfortable could not even relax 😩 I think this place has bed bugs. 😩

    I read reviews and was totally confused as there was both good and bad. I had a good experience in the one night I stayed. My room was clean and odor free. I felt compelled to offer that last detail as one of the reviews complained about an odor. I will say that ladies at the front desk were helpful recommending local area establishments. It looked like your typical Embassy Suites to me. For the record I think they all resemble each other. I'd start there again.

    Embassy Suites by Hilton – Beachwood, Ohio 3775 Park East Drive Stay: December 2, 2025 – December 19, 2025 I am writing this review to formally express my deep disappointment with my recent extended stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Beachwood, Ohio. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. First, the fitness center and pool were not accessible during my stay. I only learned this morning at breakfast—well into my stay—that guests were allegedly supposed to be offered a daily pass to Lifetime Fitness as an alternative. This option was never communicated to me at check-in or at any point during my stay. When I raised this concern with the General Manager, he insisted the pool was open. I asked him to walk with me to the pool area, as there was a sign clearly stating the pool was closed. He refused to walk back with me and also refused to honor the day pass to Lifetime Fitness. This response was dismissive and unacceptable. Second, the General Manager came to my room early in the afternoon while I was resting, stating that housekeeping reported the room smelled of marijuana. This accusation was completely false. I invited the General Manager into my room to verify this claim, which he did, and there was no evidence to support it. I was extremely offended and disappointed by this interaction and the way the situation was handled. Third, after two days into my stay, no housekeeping service had been provided. I had to contact the front desk to request room service. I spoke with Tiffany, who was kind, professional, and helpful—one of the few positive experiences during this stay. Fourth, my husband is a professional gamer and had an important tournament scheduled during our stay. He requested assistance connecting his gaming system to the hotel network. Ana, the evening front desk associate, informed us that because the hotel does not have smart TVs, his system could not be connected. As a result, my husband was unable to compete and lost approximately $2,000 in tournament earnings. After speaking directly with the General Manager, my husband was eventually given the information needed to connect to the network. The General Manager stated he would follow up with us, but never did. I would like to acknowledge that the breakfast staff, bar staff, and front desk associates Tiffany and Danielle were exceptional—professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. They were the only reason parts of my stay were tolerable. However, the overall experience at this property was extremely disappointing and poorly managed. Due to the lack of communication, false accusations, unavailability of advertised amenities, and unprofessional management behavior, I will not stay at this property again and do not recommend it to others. I will also be contacting Hilton Corporate to formally escalate these concerns. This experience does not reflect the standards I expect from the Hilton brand.
