Staff is great, always have a room for me, breakfast is usually good, but…..I stay here maybe 2-3 times a month, and recently I have notice after every stay I leave and get home from my trip I have smallbites all over me in clusters of three sometimes more. I don’t stay anywhere but here so something is biting me while I stay here. Rooms look clean but that doesn’t mean something isn’t hiding underneath the sheets…

The essentials were great. Nice room, as clean as you'd expect a 3 star room to be. I hear the included breakfast was good, but I wasn't able to have it, unfortunately. The spa was also down during my stay, but it wasn't a detraction. Housekeeping was great and very friendly, as was the staff. The negatives are the nickel and diming. The free Wi-Fi is abominably slow, you're expected to pay for faster internet. Fine, I guess. The snack bar is hilariously expensive. Want a candy bar? $5. You get what you pay for, I guess. Overall, it was a bit more expensive being a 3 star hotel, but I enjoyed my stay. Recommended.

The staff here were so nice. I only stayed for one night, but every interaction I had with the staff there was wonderful from check in to breakfast in the morning to check out. The room was clean and super comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was great & had lots of options. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area!

Let's see where to start. Price! I paid almost $100 more for 1 night compared to the night before. Was told it's football season and they were booked. I drove 400 miles for a funeral. I drove my elderly parents up since they can't drive. I wanted a accessible room and to me that means wheelchair accessible. The room was large and room to maneuver but did not have a wheel in or walk in shower. So 2 days went by and they were afraid to shower, they fall more than need to and another chance was to much for them. Let's talk about the bathroom door..there is a gap that a blind man could see through. My step mom was nervous about evening changing in there. Said " make sure you stay over there". Pictures are included. Rust on the shower rod, the water never got real hot and if someone needed to change the spray pattern, they better be tall like me. Oh I was told the single king rooms have the roll in showers? I needed 2 beds. A deposit? Upon checkin I was informed there would be a $50 refundable deposit for incidentals. Nowhere does it say anything about a deposit. I'm a truck driver, biker and traveler, I haven't paid a "deposit" since I turned 25. Receptionist said they all charge a deposit, no they do not. Breakfast...I expected biscuits and gravy with breakfast sausage patties or links with eggs and a cup of Apple juice. I expected this since every other hampton Inn serves it on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday I was surprised to have the options of scrambled eggs, smoked sausage, and hard french toast sticks. Yes hard! Make your own waffles of course, fruit that looked fresh. Cereal and such. Oh we do biscuits and gravy on Sundays only. The front desk at check-in was condescending and I guess just assumed I was there for the football game. The last when I checked out was just well I'm sorry, bye now. I couldn't ask to speak to anyone cause I had my parents to chase after.

Front desk was very sweet at check in, rooms were clean and nice. Unfortunately the woman at the desk at 6:30AM decided to vacuum for AN HOUR during the 4 hr breakfast window. I really feel like that very loud activity could have taken place at literally any other time of the day.
