  Came by because my aunt got a room for her grandkids to enjoy. As soon as we walked into the pool area front desk staff follows us out to ask how many people were with us because policy is their is only 6 to a room. But we weren't staying we literally had been their for 5min literally to stop by to see them before going to dinner. Front desk was rude and even stated that she could put my aunt out because we stopped by.. We were profiled as soon as we walked in and followed!!!! She never apologized or even attempted to apologize for how rude she was acting. Very sad we left immediately and will report to cooperate.

  Extra star due to the stellar customer service provided by Sarah and Meleah! Meleah - checked in via text several times and offered assistance. She also delivered a clean pot to the unit. A few days later, I woke up to find 4" of snow on my rental car and no scraper. That evening when I informed Sarah of my morning challenge she immediately offered the use of hers. Then, the day after I checked out, she even called because a housekeeper had found a pair of earrings on the 4th floor and she thought they might be mine. In 2025, that level of honesty from housekeeping and the effort from the front desk to track down the owner is truly impressive. A note for future guests: highway noise reverberates off the exterior walls, so rooms #33 and #31, which face the highway, can be quite noisy. (See diagram provided—red line is the highway, green line is the street in front of the building.) The location is convenient with excellent highway access. Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse is nearby, along with a gas station and a great grocery store. The complimentary Wednesday evening dinner was appealing, nicely presented, and genuinely tasty—complete with salad, hummus, and several warm dishes. Overall, a very positive stay thanks to outstanding staff and thoughtful amenities.

  We had an awesome experience! The staff is very friendly, professional, and truly cares about their customers, ensuring top-notch service throughout the stay. I’d especially like to mention the lady at the front desk (I believe her name might be Amely). She was calm, thorough, and extremely helpful — a real asset to the hotel. The only suggestion I have is regarding cleanliness. The hotel isn’t dirty at all, but it seems there’s a bit of negligence from the housekeeping staff in a few areas. With a little more attention, this place would be perfect!

  I’ve stayed here 4 times over the last 4 months and I absolutely love this hotel. It’s the perfect location for me while I’m in town for work, and the area has everything I need! Exercise room is great, my rooms have always been clean. And the staff is so kind and remembers you!

  Payed 371 plus tax for a suite, they charged my card and money came out my bank but they said it didn't post on their end...The lady watched it be approved was shown it was debited from my credit card but don't do nothing so I had to pay another 371 plus tax....they scammers
