    What a great experience! This is a newly renovated Inn and it’s so nice and clean. The front desk person was so efficient and helpful! The room is excellent and we appreciate the staff.

    Frequent visitors to this location as we visit family. Room is always clean and well stocked. Breakfast is good for the value and staff are always friendly. Located in an area with plenty of food and shopping locations

    I came with a group of 7 ladies, we had 4 rooms total. The first girl at the counter when we checked in for our stay was friendly and helpful, no complaints about her at all. The first room she gave us of the 4 rooms, the door was open, bed unmade, room hadn’t been cleaned. She righted that quickly. We all get to our rooms, not many complaints, the bathroom floor seemed sticky, but I wasn’t going to be barefoot on it anyway. Then bedtime, my friend climbed into bed and pulled the blanket up only to be met with body odor smell on the blanket. Whoever worked the night shift at the front desk, never looked up or acknowledged anyone who came through the front door. In the morning, the elevator was broken, so everyone had to use the stairs. If you needed more than 2-3 tissues, forget it, in at least two of our 4 rooms there were only a few tissues messily stuffed into the top of the tissue box which was then completely empty. The lady running the breakfast area was very nice. Overall cleanliness needs improvement and not skimping on room supplies. General maintenance. This is a bad management issue.

    The room was nice, there was a dirty tissue next to the tv 😐. The staff was pleasant to deal with. The TP well it' sJohn Wayne TP.. the walls are thin, but overall I would go back.
