Service was super nice, but there was a ome clumsiness at check in. First I was given room keys that didn’t work, then I was given keys to someone else’s room; in other words I walked in on a room that was already occupied🫣 My business partner was also initially provided room keys that didn’t work. As for my real room, it was a suite, but could use some serious TLC: Bathroom faucet is broken (see video), bathroom ceiling is cracked and crumbling (see the other video), and the bathroom commode is not properly bolted down so it wiggles like Jell-O when you sit on it (no photo included), and there is sticky dark stuff on the bathroom floor (again for the sake of decency, no photo, but yuk)😖 I took them down an extra star for uncleanliness. Oh, and just discovered that one of the bedside lamps doesn’t work and the shower leaks (see photo of wetness from constant drip not from an actual shower). Room 363 seems jinxed!!! Additionally, the hotel has pool facilities, but doesn’t provide bathrobe and slippers—not every hotel has to, but at the high price point of the suites in this lodge I’d expect it.

We had our wedding here on October 18th, and it was honestly such an amazing experience. I cannot emphasize enough how great Vanessa in sales/events is! I had so many issues and things go wrong - but she was there for every step and made sure everything looked (and felt) gorgeous. Our guests won't stop talking about how delicious the food was, some even said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. I am so grateful we chose this location for our big day, and would highly recommend it for everyone!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. At the very least, there was a leak from the ceiling, and this was the only hotel where I had to worry about my professional camera and laptop being damaged. As a Hilton status holder, I received a $15 food credit, but the restaurant didn’t seem to be operating properly on Saturday due to a wedding and was closed on Sunday. The concession stand was not restocked on Sunday and was mostly empty, leaving no practical way to use the food credit. The only positive aspects of this hotel were the bed and the location.

The hotel is in a great location. The mall is close by as well as restaurants. The hotel is under renovations not sure on what but it definitely needs updates. The plumbing is slow. At 1st I thought it was just in our room but we also used the restroom down near the lobby same issue. The shower was a major issue. The water doesnt heat up it was pretty cold and took more than 45 mins running ( 3 people using it)to get to a decent temperature. It tells you the temperature on shower head which is not accurate at all. The beds were smaller than usual but comfortable. The room was dusty and definitely in need of some updates. I did voice my concern via the text the front desk sends. The light between the bed was like poltergeist everytime you plugged in the iron, blow dryer or charger. Seemed to have an overload or something. We weren't informed of any breakfast option , the complimentary the hot tea /coffee area that most of the hilton properties have was not mentioned. We did see it on our last day near the restaurant. The warm cookie was good as per my husband but I have a nut allergy so a nut free option would be more ideal. Overall our stay was ok but not the best . I hope that our next visit In the spring we have a better experience.

Checked in Sunday evening- desk clerk said nothing other than; here is your key. I ended up taking the wrong elevator to the 3rd floor with no way to access my room from that area. Had to go back down to first floor and find the right elevator (dragging my luggage along the way). For a hotel this size some instructions on how to find your room- or at least the offering of it would be nice. As a Dimond member who stays in no less than 8-10 hotels a month they always at least ask, "have you stayed with us before" and offer instructions on how to find your room. Even in the little Hampton Inn locations. No information about the restaurant on site or when they serve breakfast or if I get my usual daily food and beverage credit. For the price this place is OK-- Water in the shower would not get above 87 degrees- that is a cold shower in the mornings. YUCK. A nice hot shower in the morning is a MUST for me. Lukewarm would suffice- but Cold no thanks! Battery died in thermostat overnight so it turned off- woke up freezing so the cold shower really didn't help at all! Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean, but a little run down. Our corporate office is close to this location that is why I chose it. Next time I will try one of the other nearby hotels; and let colleagues who travel to OH know they might want to stay elsewhere for the price point.
