- ZFZ FDec 19, 20251.0Rusty water coming out of shower, contacted the front desk and they didn’t seem to care. Nothing was done to correct the issue, another room wasn’t offered. I’m a diamond member that stays at Hilton hotels hundreds of nights a year. I will never return and wouldn't recommend others to either.
- JBjamie bolyardDec 19, 20254.0The location of this double tree is spectacular as it is on a main state route (WestMarket AKA St.Rte. 18)in farlawn, Ohio.It is across the street from a very nice mall...(Summit Mall) There is everything in the world you could imagine. Halloween the thing of the other Doubletree's ,there is a restaurant/ bar on property downstairs, which can be accessed immediately upon the front entry to the left. Just by guessing Id say it has within the last couple years or maybe within the last year been remodeled, and I might add... they've done a nice job. The rooms were extremely clean and followed the same theme as all the other Double tree's in the country, so you get the same towels, washcloths and linens you would expect. The hotel also boast the same interior design as the other ones as well., The lobby was kept very clean and as I mentioned the restaurant is accessible right when you walk in. I could honestly, go on and on preaching about how impressed I was with the hotel. I am a super huge fan of Hilton properties. I was super happy with this hotel stay. Because I stay in hotels at least 3 days a month, sometimes staying up to 12 13 14, even 15 days a month and that's every month, I definitely have my opinions on hotels. LOL All in all this Hilton property is well maintained. The staff is spectacular and I would definitely recommend it. I want to apologize for this review when I did it.I was using talk to text and had no idea it had so many mistakes. This is the reason for the edit.
- MSM A SNov 18, 20252.0Service was super nice, but there was a ome clumsiness at check in. First I was given room keys that didn’t work, then I was given keys to someone else’s room; in other words I walked in on a room that was already occupied🫣 My business partner was also initially provided room keys that didn’t work. As for my real room, it was a suite, but could use some serious TLC: Bathroom faucet is broken (see video), bathroom ceiling is cracked and crumbling (see the other video), and the bathroom commode is not properly bolted down so it wiggles like Jell-O when you sit on it (no photo included), and there is sticky dark stuff on the bathroom floor (again for the sake of decency, no photo, but yuk)😖 I took them down an extra star for uncleanliness. Oh, and just discovered that one of the bedside lamps doesn’t work and the shower leaks (see photo of wetness from constant drip not from an actual shower). Room 363 seems jinxed!!! Additionally, the hotel has pool facilities, but doesn’t provide bathrobe and slippers—not every hotel has to, but at the high price point of the suites in this lodge I’d expect it.

- TTTaylorOct 28, 20255.0We had our wedding here on October 18th, and it was honestly such an amazing experience. I cannot emphasize enough how great Vanessa in sales/events is! I had so many issues and things go wrong - but she was there for every step and made sure everything looked (and felt) gorgeous. Our guests won't stop talking about how delicious the food was, some even said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. I am so grateful we chose this location for our big day, and would highly recommend it for everyone!
