- AKA KJan 1, 20262.0Staff (cleaners and customer service) were friendly, spa was great, pool not spa like just a normal small pool very disappointing, out of body wash in room and mold in tiles, water stayed luke warm, in house restaurant Steelbound closed 2 hours early so bartender and staff could go party for NYE ruining customers plans of staying in and out of the winter storm, food at Steelbound is just overpriced bar food nothing special, employee was heard swearing about my dessert and the inconvenience it was for them to have to make before closing early. Was hoping for better since it was NYE and we were celebrating our 11 year anniversary.
