- MJMike JonesJan 5, 20261.0I just stayed there last week. The border, while very secure, from the carpet to the hard surface is obnoxious in bare feet. The fan in my room seemed to connect on the neighbors room and you could hear their tv and see light. The room temp Lowers when you leave and you come back to 66 degrees. There is no way to have the fan stay on to drown out the neighbors tv without opening a window then calling for 80 degrees on the thermostat. I wasn’t going to leave a review cuz overall it want bad but I just saw an article about Hilton that prompted this. But these complaints are my true experience.

- SSSarahSep 29, 20255.0I loved our stay here. This will be my choice of hotel every time I am in Buffalo. The staff were so welcoming right from the start. I want to specifically mention Alex at the front desk. He was kind, friendly, professional, and informative. It was always fun to see him when we returned from our outings. The property is new and very clean. There is a pool/hot tub. The rooms are well equipped, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is awesome. There was even a shuttle to the Bills game for a small price! My only complaint is that we had a conjoined room and our neighbors were a bit noisy in the mornings. I could hear their whole conversations and their tv. Couldn’t hear much from the hallway. Luckily we had similar sleep/wake schedules. The breakfast was definitely above average for a hotel! S’mores waffles were fun to try. Thanks for such a great stay!

Also close to the highway and airport but noise is rarely an issue. Friendly staff. Typical breakfast. Rooms are clean and what you'd expect from Hampton.
