I want to specifically mention Alex at the front desk. He was kind, friendly, professional, and informative. It was always fun to see him when we returned from our outings. The property is new and very clean. There is a pool/hot tub. The rooms are well equipped, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is awesome. There was even a shuttle to the Bills game for a small price! My only complaint is that we had a conjoined room and our neighbors were a bit noisy in the mornings. I could hear their whole conversations and their tv. Couldn’t hear much from the hallway. Luckily we had similar sleep/wake schedules. The breakfast was definitely above average for a hotel! S’mores waffles were fun to try. Thanks for such a great stay!

Also close to the highway and airport but noise is rarely an issue. Friendly staff. Typical breakfast. Rooms are clean and what you'd expect from Hampton.

Clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly. Will definitely stay again. Location is great for walking within village to events and restaurants
