- RERandy EdwardsNov 5, 20251.0I was staying here working night shift. Athe the end of my first week. I had house keeping beating on my door with a do not disturb sign on door. About an hour later the manger came up there beating on door to I finally got up and answered. He said my check out was 11. I told him I went by front desk and tried to pay for another week and extend my stay. The guy working there told me he didn't know how. That I was good and he would leave a note for management when he come in he would take care of it....I even watched him write note. So that messed my sleep up for working in a dangerous power plant with no sleep...manger must be inexperienced and not training help to do job either....I'm 57 and been traveling all my life and this has never happened before....

They offered help in any way they could and were extremely kind in all aspects. Rooms are clean and solid, breakfast is good, no pool but I don't care. Repaired my vehicle and got to meet some kind people

- BBBenOct 20, 20251.0No pool - it is a storage area full of mattresses and boxes and staff said it hasn't worked since this was a best western. Key cards had to be reprogrammed 4 times. Tv didn't work had power cords ripped out and no remote. Kitchen covered in crumbs and dishes. Dishwasher full of covered in MOLD. Toilet paper holder dangling off wall with the cheapest one ply and tiny toilet. No concessions offered not even to change room. Outrageously overpriced squalor. Good coffee.
