Had a really great stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, which made everything feel easy and welcoming. The location was also a big plus — close to everything and convenient to get around. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free stay and I’d definitely come back again. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay!

I stayed at this hotel for business and will stay there again. It’s a very clean, newly renovated motel. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotlessly, clean and spacious. Stacy at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast included bagels, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, juices.

Update #2: Unfortunately, the manager Martin, has once again demonstrated extremely unprofessional and harassing behavior—this time weeks after we were no longer staying at the property. His conduct is entirely inappropriate for someone in this role. During our last stay, he falsely accused us of attempting to “pull a con.” This was later resolved when it was confirmed that our bill had, in fact, been fully paid and that the issue stemmed from his own inability to properly use the system. Rather than handling the situation professionally, he later interrogated us over the phone about a family member when I contacted him regarding a new reservation. We then learned that he went as far as contacting that family member’s employer—instead of reaching out to us directly as the guests—and provided a completely false and fabricated account of our interaction. At this point, his behavior has crossed the line from unprofessional conduct into outright intimidation and harassment. This situation has escalated far beyond what is acceptable. We were previously told that a District Manager would follow up after the initial incident, but that has still not happened. Given the seriousness of these actions, and the aggravation from this guy.I will be legally pursuing this matter further. Update#1 :The hotel overall is good, ,but the general manager 🤦🏽‍♀️ could really benefit from proper communication and customer service training. There was an embarrassing incident during my stay which was due to there software I suppose, and the GM didn’t even offer a simple apology for the miscommunication during the encounter , which felt disappointing and unprofessional. Aside from that, my stay at the Spark came during a very difficult time in my family’s life, and most of the staff were incredibly kind, cheerful, and genuinely caring. From the moment we walked in, I felt comfortable and supported. Stacy is wonderful 🙂—she makes every guest feel truly welcome. The rooms are bright and spotless, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful. Nearly every interaction with the front desk felt like talking to friends, and the room attendants were just as warm and friendly. There are no microwaves in the rooms, but there are many restaurants nearby.
