The hotel is very pretty and in a nice area. It is central to a lot of different activities and locations. Lots of good restaurants nearby and obviously next to Binghamton University. The only drawback was, the beds were very hard. Other than that, the gym, the breakfast, the staff, the rooms were all good.

Fridge never dusted. Microwave disgusting.
Bed hard as a rock. Pillows paper thin.
Lack of silverware. I mean only knives.
No paper towels.
Positive. Free coffee was good.
UPDATE: Management reached out to me immediately and rectified all issues.
Thank you Joanne!
Would recommend staying here but if you don’t like a firm mattress you will not be happy with the bed.
