Ok I'm a bit biased because I LOVE HAMPTON INNS. But this may be the nicest, cleanest, brightest Hampton Inn I've ever been too.
Spacious and upgraded rooms
Great water pressure in the shower
Big towels
Comfy beds
And chargers and usb that actually work.
Good breakfast
24 hour coffee
Stocked pantry
The property is so nice and his has every amenity that a commercial hotel chain offers. Plus they have so much around it.
The staff was professional, courteous and very helpful.

It was an ok stay. The bathroom looks cheaply put together, and down along the shower it looks moldy, inside the sink in the front side hole it looks moldy. The bed is hard and very uncomfortable. The pillows are too soft. I slept fairly ok surprisingly though. But, woke up with a headache and stiff back.

The room was decent. Not what I am used to as a Diamond member and for this brand. Our room DID NOT have a closet in it. No storage for clothes, nothing. Not a drawer or dresser in sight. The bed was a bit harder and of course like every other hotel, these lousy overly soft pillows. And whomever was upstairs or next door from us must have had a young child that jumped all night and super early in the AM. Annoying indeed.
Location is good as there are several ratios in the same strip of the hotel.
**update**
Guest services called our room just as we were preparing to leave to let us know about storage, a closet. They advised that the closet is hidden behind the drape/curtain in the room. As a regular hotel guest, even I did not think to look behind a drape that just looks to be hanging for closet space. This should have been left open by housekeeping to draw the eye to that small corner in which the closet was built out. Any regular hotel guest would probably look and think oh that’s just a wall and not move the drape. As far as clothes storage, we found three wire baskets hidden in one of the cabinets where the fridge is. The fridge didn’t get cold at all so we trashed our leftover food at the drinks were almost barely cold that we had put in the overnight. Again, I’m not changing the rating because it’s not something we’re used to seeing or experiencing in a Hilton brand. Perhaps the hotel needs to be updated. Oh, and there was no clock in the room at all.
So not to end on a negative note the hotel seemed to be clean from what I saw, And it was in a really good location in terms of food because we like to be able to have access to food and stores if we just need to go run and pick up something to eat or otherwise. it was easy to find.. I appreciate guest services calling to address this matter.

Recommend staying here: Yes
Excellent price for good overall quality. This hotel is still completing some renovations to get back up to truly three-star quality, but management’s emphasis on customer satisfaction is obvious.

I stayed in this hotel for about 2 weeks. I heard an overnight zoo there on multiple occasions. I also heard what sounded like reckless endangerment upstairs. Pool was freezing but operable I guess. An alarm acquittal went off one morning towards the end of my stay and it caused the most intense and horrible pain in my ears, an extra siren went off... Finally, I found what appears to be a toenail clipping firmly planted in the center of a piece of bread I'd ripped up and stored in the fridge. Some of the staff weren't that kind, but a few were.
Note: I called and emailed the Manager, per her request below, but haven't heard anything back yet.
