I liked this hotel. The suite i had was massive. It had a big dining table, a couch and a few easy chairs. They had a good restaurant/bar attached. I had a couple small issues but neither was too bad. One was the heater in the bedroom would make a clicking sound that kept waking me up so I just turned it off. The room was plenty warm. The other was the hot water took a while to come up. It was over five minutes. I was up on the sixth floor so maybe that had something to do with it but it still took longer than it should have. But it eventually came up and it was fine. I would definitely stay here again

Love it here. I stay here twice a year. Rooms are great. Staff is great. Breakfast is great. The Recovery Sports Bar and Grill that is attached to the hotel has great food and accommodates for large groups. Near RPI too.

Great location right off highway on rt 7. Easy access in and out. Snacks at front desk. Room was decent only reason for 4 stars in my eyes. Front desk was friendly. Little bar next door attached to hotel.

For $400+ a night breakfast should be free but its not. The bathroom was the smallest hotel bathroom I've seen in quite some time. The freezer in the refrigerator in the room was frozen up and needed a serious defrost. The freezer door wouldn't even shut, actually it was broken off! The room quality was very disappointing for the price! We had a disturbing experience with the first guy at the reception desk. We had called ahead to make sure a room would be available and to get prices etc. When we arrived the short stodgy man at the front desk said to us, "You do realize this room is $429 a night?" Well we actually did because we had called ahead. (How rude!) Manager John stepped in and took over. John was a very good manager as we delt with him a couple of times. The service at the front desk was very good, with the exception of the stodgy man, which is the saving grace for this establishment.
