As I was getting off the elevator to ask the evening front desk person if he could do something, I was run over by a teenage thug running full speed. The front desk person called the police but when they got there nothing could be done because the video was locked up in the managers office. I refused medical and the hotel manager/owner has refused to return my calls. This hotel hosts many youth teams but has no control in the hotel and appears not to care. Plenty of other hotels in the area.

Whoever is managing this location takes great pride in the property (impeccably clean and well maintained), leads and inspires an incredible team/staff (everyone is so friendly and dedicated to running and maintaining this location like a five-star hotel), and every staff member makes each guest feel welcome throughout their stay (warm, friendly & courteous). We ONLY stay here when we visit our college student at Syracuse. Stand outs from our last visit - Jason at the front desk - he welcomed us like royalty at midnight when we arrived; nicest welcome we’ve ever received anywhere. Kris at breakfast was so sweet, helpful, and kind; she went out of her way to make our breakfast special. Pam was lovely at checkout. Maid service was also friendly, quick, and thorough! Thanks for another great stay!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
