Tried to buy something at almost 6 am and had to put on my room because night audit wasn't done. Asked for assistance with my room the night before and because the housekeeper could not speak English she couldn't help. Not to mention our room was outside the garbage bins so we heard that constantly and housekeeping was cleaning at 830 at night next door and being loud. I was extremely disappointed in the whole experience.
