A great hotel with decent sized rooms and good food.
The thing that amazed me most was the absence of washroom exhaust fans. They don’t have any exhaust fans in the washroom which is pretty weird
Additionally, their snow clearing team is very lazy, as they were hardly cleaning and the parking was full of snow next day

Stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Syracuse Destiny USA and had a really solid experience overall. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and super convenient—being right next to Destiny USA is a big plus. Rooms were spacious, the common areas were well kept, and the staff was friendly and easy to deal with.
The real highlight, though, was breakfast. The omelet station absolutely made the morning, and the omelet guy deserves special credit. He was fast, friendly, and somehow managed to keep a great attitude while cranking out perfect omelets for a full crowd. Made everyone feel welcome, remembered orders, and clearly cared about doing a great job. That kind of energy sticks with you and sets the tone for the day.
Would definitely stay here again—and not just for the location, but for the people who make the experience better than expected.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in a bit. The room was awesome. The shower was decent. The location is excellent provided you aren't looking to stay right in downtown Syracuse. Its right off the highway and the mall across the street is pretty big. I enjoyed the two free happy hour drinks they give you. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. The food is top notch. The bagels came from New York City and were very good. They use real eggs for the scrambled eggs not that liquid junk. And there is a lot to choose from on the buffet. I can't wait to stay here again

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are clean, which we appreciated. However, we unfortunately had serious issues with package deliveries, which makes it hard for us to fully trust the hotel. On two separate occasions, our carrier confirmed that our packages were delivered to the hotel and even provided the name of the front desk staff member who signed for them. Despite this, we were later told that the packages were never delivered. We emailed the front desk but did not receive any response, and when we called, we were again told the packages were not received. Having this happen twice was very disappointing and stressful. While the hotel has some positives, this experience significantly affected our stay.

We came here to stay the night after Wicked the Musical.
The location itself is clean. And there is plenty of parking. I would also recommend this location over the other Embassy Suites in Syracuse. The rooms were mostly clean, minus some hair from prior guest in the shower and what looked like soda splatters in the sink.
We did have some issues with the hotel. We checked in with confirmed connected rooms the day before. For some reason, they moved one of our rooms to the 5th floor, leaving our other room on the second floor, which obviously doesnt work when we choose connecting rooms for space for our minor children. We then had to call to fix this and we were told wed have our second digital key by 5 pm. We arrived around 5:20pm and the key was still not available. Before arriving we called back again to check on our key and staus of the other room.
I ended up having to go down to the front desk because both digital keys weren't working, I asked the gentleman at the front about the happy hour refreshments, as the kids were wanting a snack before the show. He confirmed it started at 5 pm (and by the time i was speaking to him, it was after 530 pm) and he told the snacks were at the end of bar. I did tell the man I was over there and that I didn't see the snacks. He replied with that they were over there. I went and checked again, and i didn't see the snacks so I headed upstairs to drop our stuff off in our room.
We went back downstairs as a group to grab a drink and look for snacks. I again couldnt find the snacks. So, I asked an older, very tall white man in a dress shirt with an "E" pin near his neck where the refreshments were. I assume he was a manager of sorts, he seemed to prefer observing rather than assisting.
He pointed in the direction of the snack area and told me they were "over there " I advised him that I have looked several times now and I am not seeing them. Instead of attempting to help. He told me if I went and looked, he promised I would see them. He wasn't busy. He was just standing with his hands behind his back doing nothing. I later saw him wandering around but not actually doing anything.
After speaking to him, I found an older woman who was working the restaurant portion that evening. I asked if they were having the snacks that night and she told me they were delayed. Which wasnt a problem, i was just trying to figure out a small snack for the kids before the show. When I asked if she knew how delayed so I could pivot from the reception snacks, and find something else, she told me she was the only one working, she had to deliver food to tables, do room service and then set up the refreshments. And that she didnt know how long it would be. She was clearly frustrated.
Snacks were put out sometime after 6pm. We were able to enjoy them before catching an Uber.
The snacks are one of the perks to staying at Embassy, and I understand that one lady was unfortunately doing all the work. But this situation clearly lacked communication amongst the rest of the staff.
