This hotel has an attractive exterior and interior. The rooms are clean, and cleanliness has never been an issue.
The real concern is the declining level of service. I have stayed at this location twice, and the service during my July visit was noticeably better. I provided feedback directly to the hotel, and any reasonable person would expect a response; however, I never received one. This further reflects the decline in service at this property. A committed general manager would have taken the time to follow up. It appears that guest feedback is not valued here.

If I could give this hotel a 0 start trust me! The rooms are dirty, the pool is more black in the corners and floor, there’s bugs crawling everywhere, I opened the couch and the mattress where covered in pee stains, went to get a new one and got an even worst one than the one before, and don’t get me started on Staff, Ms.Gloria from the breakfast room is a terrible person, she went straight to my 10 y/o to tell him to learn how to read so he could read the wall signs and not do what everyone else was doing just because he put chocolate chips in his waffle mix which every single white kid did before him and she never complained but saw my son doing it and took advantage, knowing that all the white parents where going to say something, I told her to never approach a child to let the parents know and instead of apologizing all she did was stand there and watch us eat all breakfast, worst experience ever

Nice beds. Nice staff. Wish there were at least 3 sets of towels in the bathroom and a extra blanket in the closet.

Staying here for an extended time period. The Continental breakfast is not great. The coffee is watered down, despite my numerous complaints. Staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean.
