I arrived on the second day of our stay, and the following morning, I discovered what appeared to be dried feces or vomit underneath my pillow. This was extremely concerning and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. It made me question the thoroughness of the room’s cleaning and inspection process. My friend was so disturbed by it he asked me to never speak about it, or bring it up in conversation.

Add to it, one sees the only the feet of passerby’s as we were stuck on the “ground “ floor with no chance of escape. I”m about value. I don’t mind upscale fees for upscale service and product but in this instance, the product doesn’t justify the fees.

We had several meals prepared on site. The food was quite good for the most part. The only food that was disappointing was the scrambled eggs. I believe they are a powder mix. They had little flavor and the texture was gritty and wet. The staff during meal service were fantastic and extremely attentive. Alfonso worked the dining room and I think he was the lead on that team. He was great. He clearly takes pride in his work and truly wants to serve with excellence.
