Great location near popular bars and restaurants!! Clean, spacious room with comfortable set up. Very grand (slightly confusing) entrances with jazz music playing outside. The entrance and lobbies were nicely decorated for the holiday. All in all, a nice stay - we paid $365 a night for room with king bed. Saratoga is a beautiful, expensive city so we understand the price point.

Rooms are outdated, mini fridge didn't work and you can't keep the air on for circulation so if you go in winter either you have to turn it off or have the heat on. We called maintenance and he did what he could but it didn't really help us.

Went to Saratoga Hilton for conference with my wife and upon arrival it started bad. Parking was 25 dollars for two day's. Walk into entrance off of driveway circle and there is absolutely no signage about the conference, proceed to walk down a very long corridor to an open area that had 534 Bistro and the check In desk. Conference started at 9am we arrived at 855 am so check in would have been great but no they didn't allow us till 130. Ok. Upon entering room it was dated but not bad. Bathroom shower had some issues. Shower head leaked all over and didn't spray any good pattern and the tile wall is moldy in between the tiles and random caulk everywhere to try and cover the cracks etc. Management needs to get on top of the maintenance. Walked the building and many halls were extremely cold and customers even were talking about how cold it was in places of the building. Asked about 534 Bistro and they told me they would open at 1130 for lunch, great at noon I walked in and seen employees sitting around and 1 eating as I was told they are closed because of weather. WEATHER lol I drove 3.5 hours in the weather to come to a conference with hundreds of people and you want to close a restaurant, smh. Went elsewhere for lunch. Dinner came and wife wanted to go down to the Bistro and have a drink and dinner.....we walked in and nobody said anything or even noticed us. Some other customer came up to us and said take a picture of this menu as its the only one they have, and when you're ready to order go up to bar and tell the girl. So we ordered a wine, mixed drink and a Corona. The bill was 35 dollars YES 35 DOLLARS for 3 drinks. We looked around and seen nobody else was ordering food so we decided to leave. This restaurant is garbage. No service, not friendly and price gouge. You would think they knew there was a huge conference with hundreds of people that they would've prepared specialty prices and staff the restaurant but no, not this place. The amount of people we heard complain about the restaurant was astonishing. Management dropped the ball. You hear all these amazing things about coming to Saratoga, huh. Don't come to the Saratoga Hilton as we found out there are far many other places that offer far better services for less or the same money. We stay at Hilton locations across the country and they all were extremely clean and professional with full services, must be a private location because it definitely is NO HILTON. I've reviewed many many places and this one will be on the will never forget list.
