    Five stars is for the service at the bar! I come here weekly for a night out and the bartender Lizzy has been so professional and lovely energy and interaction. The establishment is very cleanly and nice staff.

    Arrived 10/17/25. Outside temps were 31-50*F Chk’d in @ 3pm and exited for dinner leaving the thermostat set for a max of 74*F. Upon returning room temp was still uncomfortably cold. Reset the thermostat to 74* again. Rm temp did not improve. Notified front desk and was informed hotel management had not yet approved turning on the heat for any hotel rms. Mind you our 1night stay @ Hilton Garden Inn was $400/night. Front desk sent a space heater to our rm.. Hotel front desk personnel were oblivious that @ 50*F guests might want a warmer room …. Extremely disappointed esp at $400./night. Doors to rooms desperately need to be painted, chipped paint throughout hotel. Poor value. Hilton Honors Member.

    We have had a five day stay booked. When checking in I was advised the rooms are not cleaned daily, but instead every other day. NOT ONCE IN FIVE DAYS HAS THE ROOM BEEN CLEANED, TRASH IS NOT REMOVED, NO CLEAN TOWELS unless I go retrieve them myself. I have asked the front desk multiple times for the room to be serviced. My primary reason for staying in Hilton brands is the comfortable beds, which this hotel does NOT have. My parents stayed in a handicap accessible room on the third floor which the mini-fridge never worked in, even after bringing it up to management. My brother stayed in another room on the third floor that the heat did not work in for two nights. None of us in three separate rooms have had comfortable beds. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

    Great that it is right next door to the treehouse brewing company. Be careful when you use the iron in the room, mine stained my ahirt

    Il y a eu des bruits de placo qui tombe 2 nuits sur les 4, ce qui m’a réveillé en pleine nuit. La dame du bar est extrêmement accueillante et chaleureuse tout comme Rose Lise le matin, deux personnes qui méritent toute l’attention pour cet établissement.
