But, that was more than mitigated by the super friendly staff. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the restaurant staff, everyone was awesome. The rooms are big and the lobby bar has a great bar vibe for a drink. Breakfest is top notch the chefs their were kind to my kids, made them waffles every morning!

The cooked to order breakfast was amazing and the evening snacks and drinks an added bonus. Only thing would be good for this hotel to have is a games room to keep the kids occupied when it snows in. A hot tub for the adults would be nice too.
- SBSarrie BDec 26, 20255.0Fantastic hotel. Everything was perfect. We were lucky enough to stay recently renovated floor. Everything was brand new. Our room was clean, comfortable, excellent mattress, comfortable bedding, two giant size televisions, wet bar with microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was huge and spacious with all amenities included. Now for the best parts. The lobby is beautiful with working fireplace and great restaurant. At 5:30 pm, the manager holds a cocktail reception with beer, wine and your choice of liquor and mixers. Also, they serve several nibbles and snacks including cheeses, fresh vegetables and deluxe nuts. To top it all off, the complimentary breakfast thanks to Rehniem the cook who will make you any style fresh omelette or eggs any style, waffles and pancakes with or without fruit. Rehniem is so friendly and professional and does not get flustered with crowds. Also, special thanks to Rosemary who keeps the dining area extremely clean and tidy. Stay at this Embassy Suites the next time you stay at the Saratoga area.
