Airport and LaGuardia Airport. Our on-site restaurant, Atlas New World Bistro, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy dinner and a show in our supper club, Roslyn's Cellar.     My fiance and I stayed in this hotel for a couple of days. Everything was perfect. The hotel has a pretty big parking lot and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Alexa at the Front Desk is extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is trying to relax and get away from the noise of the city.

    Although the hotel is a little “tired,” the front desk service was excellent. They were very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay and allowing late checkout. They also added a very personal touch, providing recommendations for local theme gifts and places to see. I will stay again. Great bargain!

    Suite didn’t appear as shown in pictures, more dated, the white arm chair in the “living room” area had a big brown streak stain and the fire place wouldn’t light… on top of this issue, the bed frame looked broken, I wish I would’ve said something for an adjustment to the price because it was New Year’s Eve, it was supposed to be a good start to the year and it was not as imagined and definitely overpriced, also the only thing newly done was the bathroom… Also description stated water view, there is no water view but there’s a view of a parking lot with construction going on…

    I stayed 12/14/2025 one night at this hotel in a Suite after enduring 8 hours at airport due to cancelled flights related to snow. Upon arrival late to hotel , I entered the Suite and was appalled that the temperature inside the Suite was frigid and cold. Upon calling the front desk they finally had someone come and reset the temperature remotely. Unfortunately, it was still ice cold in the room and I was forced to go to the lobby in my pajamas and coat requesting a blanket that was no where to he found in the closet at the Suite. In addition, the phone was not working which is ultra critical to me as I make many business calls and my cell phone was experiencing glitches. I asked for some form of compensation for the unacceptable cold conditions and phone not working and spoke with Nikki a supervisor. Nikki said as booked through a third party Expedia no compensation could be provided! I had Experian call them on my behalf and they would not budge from their policy. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AS MANAGEMENT IS NOT FLEXIBLE WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS VALID COMFORT ISSUES. Is that not the point when staying in a Suite after a horrendous travel day.
