This hotel horrible. Staff is rude. Its not what you say but how you say it. Hotel has hot water issues. Been here for 4 days this is the 2nd time they have no hot water. No cold water on Monday for over 2 hours. Every time we called for update was told 1/2 hour. Now today once again no water at 8am. No estimated time when it will be fixed. So disappointed in this place and its poor service.

Absolutely not a 4 star hotel, walls were peeling and thermostat didn’t work. Heat or air stayed on nonstop even after set temp was reached, front desk told is to just turn it on and off.
Part of a wedding block, some of our rooms came with breakfast vouchers some didn’t, absolutely no rhyme or reason and it wasn't explained by the desk at all and they didn't inform some guest until after they went thru the buffet it wasn't included and they now owed $18.99 for a reheated buffett. We all booked together, same price same everything, turns out front desk forgets sometimes to hand out voucher sometimes and you need to talk to the original person who check you in to make sure you didn't actually get your voucher and lose it or give it to someone else. Crazy, unprofessional rude staff that have no idea what's going on and bicker between front desk and restaurant. They lady doing breakfast just kept repeating "I'm just having a bad day" to each guest she served. Bride and groom had welcome bags for each room, half of the party didn't get the gift, were did they go?
Parking in the mostly empty lot is not included, a QR code is posted several places around the lot, not every spot, so could be missed, and again the front desk doesn't tell you that you'll need to scan the code an pay $10 per DAY for parking or be towed...its not the city, plenty of parking and since it's in an industrial area nobody else is trying to park there and sightsee.
NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL

I would not recommend this hotel. Recent stay on 12/8/25 front desk check in Asian girl very unfriendly didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Hotel very outdated. Room was terrible white bedspreads looked filthy. Asked front desk to assist as air conditioner would not turn down and room was freezing so maintenance shut off completely leaving no air flow in room. The mattress are old and you sink in from many uses.. just plain terrible don’t stay here!!!
