Called to make a reservation for a wedding. Didn’t receive a call back after 2days so I booked online thru Expedia. When I got there and asked about my Hilton rewards the girl was rude. “You didn’t book thru us you don’t get rewards”. Never again!!!

Staff here is always rude at night. Ton of attitude with a side of know it all mentality. Desperate need of a staff shake up. Please at least keep up with the digital app check inns, so I don’t have interact with the far from friendly front desk.

After skipping using this hotel for a year due to the lack of customer service, I decided to try it again.
Parking lot? Clean and ample
Front desk- helpful, professional and courteous.
Room - clean and decently outfitted.
Dinner at the bar? As i type this, the heart palpitations are real. They took my order for a medium rare, and decided to not only skip the medium portion of said request, but to put as much salt on it as the roadcrew would use in a blizzard. One bite and my cardiologist called me to thank me for preparing to put his kids through college. Wild animals wouldn't trade me their salt block for my burger, because it was too salty for them. A burger made of Lots' wife apparently, and then generous dipped in a dredge of salted salt.
That mistake won't be repeated.

Hotel was well loved.
The rooms were clean and fresh.
The beds were OK, but not the greatest or best I have been on. Well loved is a nice way to say it.
The staff were very friendly.
Our last two days only one of the two elevators were operational.
The paid breakfast is no better than any “free” breakfast anywhere similar.
Three location was perfect for my needs.
Prices are crazy, but understandable for the area.

Older hotel that needs a lot of work
For the money they charge this is definitely underwhelming the showers are tiny and the water doesn't flow probably because of the old shower heads that desperately need to be replaced pillows for their bed or an absolute joke and when you ask for more pillows I got two pillows with no pillow cases The elevator sometimes works sometimes doesn't this is unacceptable. The breakfast buffet in the morning there are no signs and no direction to tell you how anything works there are no signs in the front lobby when you check in to tell you how anything works and where anything is The prices for the snacks or hidden on the other side of a wall so there's nothing to tell you how much anything is very poorly designed and laid out a couple of little fixes could really make this place run better for the amount of money they're charging this is definitely not worth it at all unless it's a business trip and it's one day you might be able to put up with it.
