    I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms are dirty, mold in the bathroom with stains everywhere. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, making even simple requests feel like an inconvenience. Customer service was clearly not a priority, and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. Apparently the TV in the lobby lounge is for the staff to watch their shows while working. I would not stay here until they make serious improvements to their service and staff training.

    The lady during the day at the front desk is rude, short, and makes you feel like you should be on ur knees grateful that she is willing to do ANYTHING in her job description! Very entitled, honestly I was warned by my co-workers about her before I went just hoped maybe she was just having a bad day or something when they stayed....oh how wrong I was!!

    I was in the area attending a conference, so I booked a room at the Hampton Inn for three nights. When I first got into my room, I found multiple bugs. There was also mold in the bathroom sink (see picture) and toilet paper in the toilet. I went out and when I got back to my room, I found even more bugs. I spoke with someone at the front desk, and asked to be moved to another room. She said the best she could do was to look at the bugs in my room, which obviously wouldn’t help me. I reached out to customer service and they said that I could be compensated but still wouldn’t be able to switch my room. I had no choice but to stay the night. The other guests of the hotel were extremely loud that night. The people next door to me were yelling all night, and the people above me kept banging things. The next morning I had to argue with Expedia to be able to check out of the hotel early and get a refund from my stay. Expedia okayed the refund but said I would have to get a confirmation from the hotel. Now I am waiting to hear back from the hotel manager. I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns which were extremely nice, so this visit was very disappointing.
