Booked 3 rooms . Visiting family over xmas holidays . Dog friendly . Had tub pooling while in shower . It was reported and response was , I will get maintenance. No compensation offered for the inconvenience of bathing in a pool of backed water .

We had the worst stay on top of being put in a first floor room right next to the elevator we’re u heard everything the shower was broken the handle the slicker and it wouldn’t drain cause there was so much hair in the pipe. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned either shouldn’t see other peoples hair. Or pee on a toilet. Then the floors had dirt all over them the sheets had dried blood and was just the worst stay ever. I couldn’t find the desk clerk after we checked in and no one answered when we tried calling the front desk. Will never stay here again for over 200 bucks a night worst stay in my life.

Used to be a travel nurse and stayed here quite often. Kind of a dingy hotel. Lights weren’t the greatest, elevator was old. The hallways were literally falling apart, the smell of weed was prolific. Management and staff are harsh, not much sympathy there. And best of all, EVERY SINGLE TIME I arrived, they said my room number outloud in the lobby for all to hear. Love Hilton, didn’t love this place.
