We chose Hilton because they are typically the best and cleanist. We found major issues the morning of our check out bc we had a late arrival and went to sleep briefly after arriving. We were told that there would be some type of compensation fot the condition of the room. There was black mold from a leak all over the window sill and it had also seeped into the floor and carpet. Bandaid on the smoke detectors. Dust and spiders in all the places like behind the bed desk and corners of the room. The wall was bowed out due to the leak. I felt nausous while I was there and am extremely sensitive to mold. Go figure. Sara the manager acted concerned while talking to my guest who came with me, they said they would do some thing and that it was unnacceptable but since then we have been pushed off and ignored. Sara the manager has avoided us lied about what she would do and didn't even put in a request to have the room maintenemed. Rochelle was the one to put in the notes all the actual issues, but she acted as if we were an inconvenence to her. She then told me we weren't going to get a refund! wow how would she know or be able to decide that w very little inisght at that point. ON TOP OF IT ALL. We were charged twice for incidentals on the night of our arrival and are still trying to reach someone to help us verify this w the credit card company. As a local guide and business owner, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of comsideration from management and the rooms condition. I would avoid this hotel entirely. I will add all the photos of the room to support this if we are not fairly compensated.

- EEENov 11, 20255.0Clean room, great customer service, and the room was a great size. My friend was having surgery at Strong and it was the perfect location. It’s only about 8-10 minutes away depending on traffic. I would absolutely stay again.
