Horrible experience, jumping and loud noises all night after 7 hrs of driving and another 6 hrs to go.
Front desk was not helpful, the lafy was actually accusing me of lying. As mentioned to her, aftwr 10 years of staying at this establishment at least once or twice a year on our way to Pa, we shall now take our business elsewhere. She did not seemed phased by that either.
Room was not super tidy either. Don’t stay here if possible.

Really nice with a great breakfast and spacious clean room and the most comfortable bed 🛌 I have slept in for a long time. Very courteous reception people. Would definitely stay there again if staying for more than a single night.

Update:
Spoke with manager, Tito, upon checkout who was the only one to offer any apology and made things right. Thank you Tito.
Not to the standards of the Hilton name.
We checked in online and went to the front desk attendant to get a card and our waters. Morgan says, waters are only for platinum members and we are silver. Every Hilton we have ever stayed at offers water any level, and we are currently gold.
Morgan says nope it says here silver, but he did begrudgingly gave us two water bottles. We get to the room and the tv welcome sign says gold member.
The room was gross, a full fingernail on the bathroom floor, something in the tub, something on the bed cover.
Talked to Morgan, who put us in a different room. Cleaner, but the kitchen sink is disgusting.
Stopped by Morgan again to ask for the sink to be cleaned tomorrow, he said he'd put a note. No one came to clean it.
Asked nice lady at desk the next morning, she said she would give us Hilton points for our troubles and get the sink cleaned. Came back that night, nope to both.
Next morning asked a different rude front desk attendant and she wrote down on a piece of paper and highlighted that the kitchen sink needed cleaning, came back that night and it was cleaned!
However it was 11:45pm and the front door was not locked, sign says doors locked at 11:00pm.
Shower was hot and the pressure was good, but the tub won't drain. Showering with ankle deep water. Only 3 towels, no foot towel.

I have never had a worse experience at a Hilton property. Ever.
We checked in and Morgan was rude and refused to acknowledge our Gold member status, giving us attitude about the bottles of water.
Our first room had blood on the comforter, hairs and fuzzies on the bedsheets, and horrible stains in the shower - more blood maybe?
We went back down to deal with Morgan who begrudgingly gave us another room after we showed him pictures of how dirty it was.
Room number two has a sink that looks like someone vomited in it and it dried that way. Additionally, there something shoved in a hole in the ceiling near a fire sprinkler. You know, those things you're not supposed to touch because they might go off?
We go back to Morgan who says he wrote a work order ticket for it to be cleaned. Nope. No one came the next day.
Next morning, we speak to a friendly lady at the desk who said she would make sure it was cleaned and offered is bonus points for our trouble. Nope to both. We came back later that night and it was still not clean, speckled in disgusting who-knows-what.
I'm not going to hold my breath on the points. At this point, I want a refund on the whole stay. I get cleaning issues can happen. But don't lie to your guests.
Particularly difficult to think Hilton can put their name on this.
1/5. Do. Not. Recommend. At. All.

Visited for Thanksgiving weekend and the room smelled like something had died in it. Mold around the bathtub, smoke detector covered with plastic. When asked for another room, the response was we are booked.
Location is great, but as a hilton hotel, they have to do better with cleanliness!!
