- MMMike4 days ago1.0I stayed at this hotel and ended up with Scabies, bedbugs After discovering the bites, I called the hotel to report it, and they did absolutely nothing about it. No concern, no help, no accountability. This was extremely stressful and unacceptable. Cleanliness and guest safety should be a priority, and it clearly is not here. I’m writing this to warn others — do not stay at this hotel. Too answer your response is this enough proof Paul
- RLRose LambDec 7, 20255.0We stayed the night at the Homewood suites by Hilton hotel in Rochester NY last night..The lobby area was absolutely gorgeous. They had a Christmas tree up and everything was just beautifully decorated. There were chairs placed in front of a stunning fireplace you may sit to enjoy if you choose too, which I did !.. Our room was spacious featuring a full size refrigerator , microwave and stove top range as well as a dishwasher . I even told the manager of the food services Robin, how beautiful everything was and how impressed I was with the breakfast. Everything looked and tasted fantastic.I also spoke with Lex at the front desk who was very pleasant I told her we would definitely stay again. Additionally the hotel has a pool and a gym . The gym was pretty impressive too. It had more than the average amount of equipment I've seen in many places .I didn't have a chance to get in the pool but I looked at it .I would have taken a swim if I had time .. anyway, it's a great place to stay. It's clean and friendly and the breakfast was A++
- RGRita GreeneNov 17, 20254.0The breakfast was amazing so many yummy options for kids and adults real fruit and bagels over night oats different cereals eggs sausage hash browns so good The room nice clean comfy bed plenty of space The pool didn't have a bathroom or shower by it though so to get out of pool go to bathroom and come back was ugh so if kids wanna swim get room by pool and the light in the pool was out and had to be fixed
- SSSRZNov 16, 20255.0Pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend. Everything was great! Very clean, updated, and spacious suite. We checked in/out via the app which was seamless. Free breakfast has a lot of variety. Our son moved to Rochester so every time we visit, we're definitely going to stay here!
- CMChris MattoniOct 26, 20255.0We had a great visit here and the room was very nice. The location is great and convenient different restaurants. The location is safe and clean and pet friendly. The front desk staff were very, very welcoming and friendly, which was a huge plus. The breakfast was totally fine with eggs, meats, breads, oatmeal, waffles, overnight oats, overnight Chia, seeds, fruit, juices, etc.. Only complaint was that the EV charging was a tad on the pricey side.
