The front desk staff were very, very welcoming and friendly, which was a huge plus. The breakfast was totally fine with eggs, meats, breads, oatmeal, waffles, overnight oats, overnight Chia, seeds, fruit, juices, etc.. Only complaint was that the EV charging was a tad on the pricey side.

It was pre pay(non refundable) I didn't ask for a refund just a discount on next visit. I was told to contact management on Monday(stay was a Sunday) I left Patrick the director of sales a voicemail. No call back. On Tuesday I left Karen the GM a voicemail. No call back. In Wed I called this time in afternoon. Both were there but too busy to speak to a guest apparently. I was told to call Hilton since it was them who got my money. I did and they called the hotel because the hotel was already paid by Hilton and said they didn't want to do anything to help. For a hotel that has a staff that gives great service, you would think that management would want to as well. I learned my lesson and have nothing bad to say about the hotel itself. Just management disappointed me here. Hilton didn't give me a refund, what is fine as I didn't expect one but they did help out and made me a continuous happy customer.. Update the Director of Sales Pat reached out to me. Explained some stuff that had to do with the call. He was very professional. He took ownership of not calling me back. Apologized because of some miscommunication. He offered a resolution. As I said earlier the staff is great. Management is not too bad either. As I have been, I will remain a loyal guest to this property. Changing my stars to 5 all around.
