I remember when Home2 was built and marketed as a upper scale hotel with rooms that included kitchenettes. When I needed to stay in Henrietta I compared nightly rates and Home2 was slightly above average in price. So I thought, great it's still a better than average place. Unfortunately that idea was way off base. The staff was great, lobby is nice, check in is easy but when I got to my room on the second floor I saw that things were worn down. Scraped paint on doors, grout missing on bathroom floor, cracks at the base of the very not good shower. The shower...ugh, weak spray with average pressure and no hand wand so if you are large like I am, no way to rinse lower half. The bed was ok, only 3 pillows and not much variety at that. I don't like feather pillows and there wasn't a foam option like at Marriott where there are 5 different pillows to choose from. So far I would rate the Hotel a 2.5 out of 5 but the second night everything went bad. Friday night the place filled with what I guessed was a hockey team and a very large family with maybe 9 kids. There was running and yelling in the halls until 2:30am. A group of teenagers or young adults were roaming and banging on doors up to 4:30 am and then a relationship fight started in the room and hall that spread to the parking lot at 5am that lasted to 6:30am. No sleep, upset, I checked out at 9. Mentioned my night to the desk and to their credit they discounted my night. I just wished I was warned about the groups and maybe offered a room in a part of the hotel away from all the problems. I doubt I will return to the Henrietta location. I don't like how willing theybare to allows large groups and not insist that there is supervision to keep things quite. I think I'll just stick to the Courtyard Marriott chain. I've never had a problem there.

Decent enough hotel. The staff were extremely nice and helpful throughout both my stays here. The rooms and nice the AC can be loud and the walls are thin so you can hear any crying baby. The first room I had the water pressure in the shower was not good but the second time I stayed here it was great. This is a pet friendly hotel which I could definitely smell the first time around but that smell stopped at the room door. The breakfast is nothing crazy but it was solid. Better than I had expected. Overall a decent hotel that I will stay at again if I'm in the area

Bom hotel.

Theres absolutely nothing appealing about this place. Got a room on first floor that smelled like wet dog, literally. Hair everywhere. I do not think they clean this place like they are supposed to. Add on top the noise from the street nearby and good luck getting any rest. I tried to change rooms and the lady said she would call me back in 30 minutes. After waiting 2 hrs i went up front and checked out. Stay anywhere else. I travel all over the country and stay at many many places, this stay was the absolute worst. Not to mention some of the characters you see staying here. The smell was god awful in that room, ill never forget it. Depends on which way youre coming from you will also have to do a u turn everytime you come back to the hotel.

The room was spacious and very clean. I really liked the dark curtain separator, I hadn’t seen that before, and it added a nice touch. The pillows and mattress were great quality and very comfortable. The breakfast area is a bit small, but it wasn’t an issue for us. My travel companion mentioned the heater was a bit noisy at night, though it didn’t bother me personally. They also gave us water and snacks when we checked in, which was such a nice touch. I also have to mention the front desk staff I think her name was Gleadi (apologies if I got that wrong!) she was the absolute star of the show. Friendly, helpful, and made our stay even better.
