The key system went down, and there was no access to many rooms for hours. During check-in, there was only one clerk, and she could hardly do her job for the constant interruptions (phone calls, in particular). Housekeeping wouldn't answer her calls. (?!) Considering housekeeping gets paid at least NYS's minimum wage of $15.50/hour, there is NO excuse for this poor level of service. We are Hilton Rewards members, and will definitely be looking elsewhere the next time we stay somewhere.

Our room was clean, the staff (Brittany, Irma, Joslyn) were just a few of the most friendly and helpful employees at this location. The hotel is nicely kept and the restaurant was amazing. The cooks at this restaurant are top notch and so is the bar manager. If your in this area, definitely book at this hotel. Not only was everything above great, but it’s conveniently located to almost anywhere you would want to go.
