We booked three rooms. While two of the rooms had no problems, one room was awful. Repeated queries to provide shampoo (dispenser empty) were ignored. The key system went down, and there was no access to many rooms for hours. During check-in, there was only one clerk, and she could hardly do her job for the constant interruptions (phone calls, in particular). Housekeeping wouldn't answer her calls. (?!) Considering housekeeping gets paid at least NYS's minimum wage of $15.50/hour, there is NO excuse for this poor level of service. We are Hilton Rewards members, and will definitely be looking elsewhere the next time we stay somewhere.

My husband and I were here for a business convention and originally booked at a Hampton Inn and were less than impressed, so we ended up coming here and were so very pleased. Our room was clean, the staff (Brittany, Irma, Joslyn) were just a few of the most friendly and helpful employees at this location. The hotel is nicely kept and the restaurant was amazing. The cooks at this restaurant are top notch and so is the bar manager. If your in this area, definitely book at this hotel. Not only was everything above great, but it’s conveniently located to almost anywhere you would want to go.

Owner, don't thank me for my feedback. AI compliments are deceitful. Pay your workers a living wage. The desk note begging for tips is in poor taste. The email offering "contactless" check-in is another poorly veiled attempt to push labor costs on to your customers. Your beds squeak. Your TV's don't turn off. Your water pressure is poor. Your furniture is old. Your elevators rattle. Your rates are not competitive. Shame, you harbinger of corporate dystopia.

Booked a double queen room. Upon check-in, was informed that they overbooked and the room we booked was not available. We were offered a rollaway bed, which was not an acceptable alternative. The computer system was down at the time of check-in, leading to nearly an hour delay in access to our incorrect room. Once ready, we were handed a plastic bag with sheets and no pillow. When we finally got into the room, it was physically filthy. A dirty bandage and food debris from a prior guest was present. There were no sheets on the bed, and what appeare s to be dirty linens on the chair. Also no wifi was available.
