A/C unit was filthy. No hot water. All restaurants were closed for the entire stay (3 nights). Not even coffee in the morning. Pool closed. Refrigerator in the room didn't work. Not much positive. The fella that worked on trying to get us hot water was very pleasant. Other than that, nothing.

Darleen and Jordan (Night Audit) were exceptional. Their hospitality is unmatched. Newly renovated property (Dec 2025) - Everything is brand new. Some adjustments do need to be made like hand washes across all rooms, TV mount needs be little out so can adjust the TV at all angles, etc few slight modifications. But overall, a great 7 day stay here!

Horrible experience. Booked through Expedia which did not indicate anywhere that this hotel was under serious construction with many amenities unavailable. The room itself was decent, but everything else was bad to terrible. The breakfast area was relocated to a small room and with limited items, many of which would quickly run out and not be replenished. The entire main lobby was off limits, only one working elevator which was really slow and obviously busy, no gym access, no pool access, dust everywhere and contractors working around the clock, often blocking the entrance due to laying tiles and doing other renos.
On top of this, our room was never serviced during a three night stay, even though the standard was already low at 'only every other day' being the policy. This was all challenging to navigate with a young baby and at the very least we would've appreciated a cleaned up room at minimum.
When checking the Hilton website, there is only a small note which says 'Guest room renovations from September 1 until December 1', with no other information. Given that our stay was Nov 27-30, I can tell you that this hotel is nowhere near complete even with contractors working at all hours. We felt very misled and I'm sure many others did as well when they came and saw the condition of the hotel - the place was sadly packed because of American Thanksgiving and people having limited options. We would've never stayed here had we known about this. Extremely disappointing, especially given that the rate was the standard instead of being reduced or discounted.

I planned to stay at this hotel over Thanksgiving. The first night my 5 year old was sick. Then I found out that most of the amenities were NOT EVEN AVAILABLE including the pool which was a must have for my kids (as advertised). The floor was completely ripped up, and dust everywhere. I did not feel comfortable bringing my 5 yr old or 1 yr old to that environment. We called in and they said they couldn't provide any payment back and to call the third party booking. Priceline told us they had to call the hotel, and that the hotel manager denied the request and that nothing could be done. It's one thing to have a poor customer experience, it's another thing to simply refuse to make it right.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for transparency, integrity, or a positive customer experience.
