Very clean. Only two years or so old. It feels secure. They have shuttles to the airport. Lillas bar and kitchen is nice with good food, good cocktails, and freindly service. Shout out to the bartender Meghan. She made an excellent old fashion and was very nice.
I would stay again.

This place was pretty great. It was modern and clean. The staff was attentive and pleasant. John the cleaning guy was polite and really helpful. If we could make 3 suggestions, the bathroom door handle was like a guillotine if you didn't watch out. The shower/tub seemed thin? There was a handicap bar in the shower that I whacked my elbow on constantly. Lastly, the complementary breakfast was a little lame. The selection was minimal, the fruit was a little old and many of the items was empty and not replenished. Even with these shortfalls, my family and I will definitely use this hotel when we return to RIT.
