Apparently, several others were cancelled with this late notice as well and no explanation. This has been difficult for so many and very bad, business model. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk was unhelpful and quite rude, which was the last thing I needed during a stressful time. The room itself was clean, though a bit dated, but it served its purpose. The hotel only provides two bath towels in a double queen room, and when I asked for extra towels, I encountered the same unpleasant attitude from the front desk staff. If you’re looking for a clean place to stay near RGH and don’t mind unfriendly service, this hotel will work—but don’t expect warm hospitality!

They must pour chemicals in without actually testing as we got in and it smelled terrible not of chlorine but chemicals not normal for pools. Our eyes burned and the water was ice cold. Completely unusable... Not to mention the water day in the ceiling that looks like it will fall in at a moments notice. The room was fine I guess but we got a suite. The beds weren't comfortable, the towels are subpar and scratchy, water pressure God awful and holes in walls patched terribly. The breakfast isn't even worth calling a free breakfast, first day they had cheese omelettes which are rubber eggs with cheese in the middle. Terrible and undercooked potatoes with in it. The second day they didn't even have eggs and the worker running the food area was the least bit helpful and just grumpy even when approached initially with kindness. I suggest spending your money elsewhere. Just absolutely appalled at the price vs what you get from this place.
