    I checked in on my app and they gave my room out, I asked for a room close to elevator and was reassured it was. But was at the end of the aisle

    Our company frequently books rooms here and let me tell you, the desk service at check in is absolutely friendly and welcoming. But, if you are in a hurry in the morning and looking to get breakfast which according to the hotel is from 6-10 daily, GOOD LUCK! You can't expect to get breakfast at 6am if the employee who handles the breakfast prep walks in at 6am. Its NOT the first time that this has occurred. 6:30 and still no breakfast. You can't promise to provide something, then fail to make good on that promise. For some working away from home and staying at this location, sometimes that promised meal is the only chance to grab something. Just an FYI.

    We stayed for 2 nights from a Friday to Sunday. We checked in later on Friday evening and we noticed that the toilet was making dripping noises and periodically sounds like the tank was filling. When we reported it, we were told that there wasn't any maintenance staff on the weekends and they couldn't possibly move our room because they were full. My question is, if the housekeeper was in the room on Friday morning to clean and prepare the room for us, wouldn't she have heard the dripping and reported it so it could be fixed BEFORE WE CHECKED IN!!! The constant drip made it very hard to sleep and when we checked out we had a long drive home. After being out most of Saturday, we came back at 10pm to find that housekeeping had never cleaned our room! When my husband went down to the front desk to inquire (& get some clean towels), he was informed that there was a note on the bathroom mirror stating that cleaning was only done every other day. Neither one of us had paid attention to the small sign & without our glasses, neither one of us could have read it (& how many people wear their glasses while showering anyway?). The desk clerk never told us this at check-in either. The room itself was nice (other than the toilet issues). Plenty of outlets for charging devices. The hair dryer provided was extremely sticky & had someone's hair sticking all over it. Not sure why that was not being maintained when the room was being cleaned.
