I was able to use the adaptations in the bathroom to be as independent as possible. I use a mobility scooter. There were terrific grab bars surrounding and in the tub. The tub bench was sturdy. Good hand held shower. Able to use the bathroom sink. Height of bed was lower than the traditional bed, making transfers easier and safer. The front desk staff were extremely helpful.

Kind of sad that it ruined my entire experience and will shiny away from the brand as a whole in the future. When you represent an entire brand at least take a phone call to answer a question or return a phone call. I was persistent in calling and leaving a return phone number and never got a phone call back about a charge that I disputed. Buyer beware, if you have a charge that you would like to questioned, just know you may not get anywhere as the customer service is nonexistent at this facility.
