    The fire alarm went off six times after midnight, and the front desk couldn’t be bothered to do anything about it. I will give this hotel a thumbs down anytime I drive by it in the future.

    Terrible and frightening experience – completely ruined our stay We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn from December 20 to December 22. The first day was fine, but unfortunately the night of December 22 between 12:00–1:00 AM turned our stay into a nightmare. The hotel fire alarm suddenly went off multiple times (about 5–6 times) in the middle of the night. The first alarm lasted quite a long time before stopping, and the following alarms, although shorter, were extremely loud and shocking. Being woken up like this in the middle of the night was terrifying. I was traveling with two young daughters, and they were extremely frightened. They cried for a long time and could not calm down. The alarm kept going off intermittently, which made the situation even more stressful and scary. We had no idea what was happening or what we were supposed to do. What made it worse was that no one answered the phone at the front desk when we tried to call for help or information. There was no explanation, no guidance, and no reassurance provided to guests. None of us were able to sleep properly that night. We all woke up with headaches, exhausted, and it affected our entire next day. For a family with young children, this experience was extremely distressing. This stay was far below expectations and completely unacceptable. What should have been a comfortable and safe hotel stay turned into a very frightening experience. I am deeply disappointed.

    The Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn is one of my favorite hotels in the area. The location is great for being close enough to restaurants and local places to visit. The hotel itself is spacious, clean and welcoming. The rooms are so cozy and clean! For some reason the beds are also extra fluffy but firm and I always get a good night sleep. I always bring my own pillows as I think Hilton has a slightly flat pillow collection. 😆 The restaurant on site is such a treat as you can enjoy everything under one roof and the bathroom is also great, the shower water pressure is above average and the overall atmosphere is very chic for a hotel. You should stay!

    The place itself has a great location, but it's a bit crowded. Mostly, you can find elevators to go down, but sometimes it gets really busy and you end up taking the stairs instead of waiting. Breakfast is average, so don't expect anything fancy 😊.
