Didnt engage with any of the employees but the one time I do the following morning, I am told toothbrushes are at the front desk. You have to come down and get it. I am a long time Hilton Diamond member. The one simple ask that would literally take minutes - I was told no. Where has customer service gone in the hospitality sector. I was a GM for many years prior to my current role. The property is nice, I was upgraded to a nice room, but a simple toothbrush request for a guest who is low maintenance - need to do better HGI. Thanks
