  We had a wonderful sleep, bed was so comfy. Breakfast had so many variety. Front desk was so friendly.

  Plenty of space in our king-size bed room. The bed itself, along with the bed sheets & blankets, was very comfortable. The bathroom also was nice for the most part. The showerhead was a cheap Waterpik, not at the level of the rest of the room. It didn't provide enough pressure / concentration to rinse efficiently on any setting, and it was difficult to change the setting. The bathroom vanity had plenty of space, especially with the raised shelf along the back. And lighting was good when shaving. I'm not a fan of the liquid soaps they provide, but admittedly that's where a lot of chains are going (vs bar soaps). Though the place was full when we were there, it was relatively quiet. Except for one thing ... The plumbing drain stack was LOUD. We were on the second floor, with a few floors above us. Every time someone flushed a toilet or took a shower above us, it sounded like ice was shattering and falling a few floors in the wall right behind the headboard of our bed. It was loud enough to wake us when it happened in the middle of the night. Having the small bar in the lobby was something we've never had in another Hampton and was appreciated, nice to be able to get a drink at the end of a long day without having to go somewhere else to get it. The front parking lot is relatively small. When it's full, there's a larger lot in the back, with an entrance to the third floor right by the elevator. The elevators can be a bit slow, so using the stairs to go up or down a floor can be a lot more efficient depending on the room location. There are a few places to sit outside - a bench across from the entrance under the front overhang, a sitting area on the left side of the first floor outside the pool room, and another sitting area around back on the right side of the building when facing the rear entrance - all of which are good places to enjoy a smoke as well as the weather. Breakfast was good. The staff was great. The pool is small and only a few feet deep. But the hot tub in the same room might be more interesting. Overall a very nice stay, but with a couple downsides. The plumbing noise can be avoided by getting a room on the top floor. And we recommend that the property owners have better showerheads installed.

  We stayed for 4 nights and had a great stay. The staff is pleasant and helpful. They all seemed to be happy to be there. The rooms and common areas were kept clean night and day. We would stay again if we are back in the area.

  Used this hotel for our daughter s wedding at Shadow lakes golf course, everything went great, and the staff was great
