  One of the LOUDEST heating systems I've EVER heard. It came on with a loud BANG and then ran all night and sounded like a freight train, the staff was under trained and not motivated - this place is not near anything and is old and archaic. Would not recommend

  The Hilton Pearl River is in a great location that provides a beautiful setting for events. This October was our second year holding a two-day training event there, and we already have plans to go again next year. Here is just an example of the many ways this venue excels: • Hotel rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. • Banquet/meeting room facilities are spacious and appealing. • The food was very good and well-labeled. • The best part of holding an event at Hilton Pearl River (HPR) is the staff and the outstanding service they provide. HPR Staff are very professional, kind, helpful, and talented. Staff were very gracious in attending to the needs of our audience. I highly recommend the HPR for any event. They work with you so well to accommodate your needs and requests, both in the planning stage and while at the event.

  We recently stayed one night at Hilton Pearl River. The room was on 5th floor in the back so we had a lovely view. Room was a good size and clean. I took a nice hot shower. Staff was very nice. As we were visiting friends at the complex next to hotel, it was a perfect location. Some downsides to hotel...There was no refrigerator in room. Bathroom had a sliding door which sometimes slide open. It didn't seem to have a lock. The toilet was very low. If you have trouble getting up from low seats like me, its a problem. The heating/ac unit was very loud. If you're a light sleeper, it will wake you up. We were only at hotel one night so didn't have a chance to use pool or restaurants.

  The room and conference venue were nice, but the room didnt have a refrigerator or microwave. They also didnt have a convenience store for snacks or drinks. The hotel only provided small water bottles and the vending machine was also broke.
