I left my medical med pack in the fridge, I called them and they did an amazing job of getting it for me, packed it in cold packs and overnighted it to me in New Jersey, they did an excellent job. I rate the entire staff there on a scale of 1 to 10, I rate them a 10. Thank you again Hampton Inn..

We actually stayed earlier in the year, and were hoping to rebook this weekend since we will be in the area & had such a positive stay…. No rooms available right now and website says the hotel is undergoing renovations. Looking forward to renovations being complete and booking with Hampton Inn Oneonta again next time! Kudos to front desk, cleaning crew & breakfast staff! No pictures of the room, but the room was as pictured on the website. — the picture I’m posting of buffalo wings are from the restaurant up the road that we ordered from…. If I remembered their name I’d give them a 5-star review too. Wings and pizza were grrreat!

- PLPaige LanglessNov 4, 20251.0I travel a lot for work, so I genuinely don’t expect much more than a clean room, basic amenities, and a fresh smell to the hotel. Unfortunately, both nights I was here starting at about 7:30-8pm the hallway started smelling STRONGLY of both cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke in the evenings. I notified staff, but it did not improve. I initially was supposed to stay here again in a month, but I have canceled that stay and found another hotel.
