The front desk people were not that welcoming not very friendly. Breakfast buffet is included, was a decent breakfast buffet, had waffles, cereals, baggels, bread, eggs, amlete, oats, etc. Pool and gym is very small. In the gym more than 5 people will be conjested to work in. And for pool area may be around 15 to 20 people will make it conjested. So in rush hours can get tough to get your turn.

- DPDan POct 20, 20253.0Have had good luck with Hamptons in the past. This location is apparently not held to the same standards. There was hair everywhere in the room. All over the sink, the towels, and the bed. I don't expect "operating room sterile" levels of clean, but I would expect the housekeepers to take 30 seconds with a lint roller across the bed to remove the hairs. We also found unopened condoms under the mattress clearly showing they aren't checking rooms very thoroughly. The parking lot is small but we were fortunately able to get a spot on-site and avoid paying to park elsewhere. The edges of the carpeting in the elevators clearly hadn't been vacuumed in months and the breakfast selection was average for hotel breakfasts. Have stayed in way cleaner and nicer Hamptons. Beds were comfortable and hotel was overall quiet though. Passable but definitely expected better for the price and chain.
