    Extremely disappointing stay. The room was dirty upon arrival, including cigarette butts and iron stains on the pull-out couch. This was unacceptable. As smoking is not permitted in the room and we were staying with young children, this situation is especially concerning. Upon arrival, we discovered mold on the bed sheets. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. This should not happen in a properly maintained accommodation. I reported the issues in the morning and was told management would handle it, but when I followed up later, no action had been taken and the manager was unaware. The Jacuzzi tub was also not functioning. When I followed up again, I was informed that the issue had been fixed that morning. However, upon arriving at my room, my boyfriend informed me that the gentleman had just left and fixed it that evening. I do not appreciate being given inaccurate information by the receptionist. I requested a room change and was advised that no rooms were available. Upon reviewing the hotel’s online booking system, I see that there are still rooms available. No alternative accommodations, apology, or compensation were offered. Poor cleanliness and communication throughout the stay. I would not recommend this hotel. I was also informed that the room had been cleaned that morning; however, upon arrival, the garbage was full and the bed had not been made Best regards, Abigail Best

    $200 a night and get charged $16 to park. Get woke up at 2 a.m. by pot smoke wafting into our room. Then getting hit with the pot smoke at 9 a.m.

    I've had a total blast staying in this hotel. The staffs were nice, the views from the room are astonishing, the size are spacious and enough for 4 people. When I needed some more time before the checkout the staffs let me stayed for a bit longer so to me it was such a great service. I would stay here again someday in the future and recommend it to everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    First time visiting Niagara Falls and the surrounding areas during this time of the month. When i tell you the hotel staff was VERY accommodating, probably one of the best i have ever been to honestly in a long time. Coming from MD, weather change was a big difference and they let me plug my truck in (diesel) so that was a plus so i wouldn’t have issues starting my vehicle; room service was great as well as housekeeping. Would recommend and would most defiantly come back!

    Great location next to Niagara Falls. You could walk if you wanted to. Great view from our room. Checkout/in on our phone was very convenient. We went down for breakfast and were told we had to pay… I thought it was included. Tried to get coffee and both machines were completely out. It was only 930am. Breakfast ran til noon I believe. That was my only issue. Beds comfortable and rooms clean.
