I’ve stayed in many hotels in midtown and this room was nice. Elevators were pretty quick for those who care about that; I do care about it.

- DFDaniel FloundersDec 21, 20252.0Great location. Rooms ok and very clean. However, brown water when running the hot tap for the first few seconds. View is non existent looking into a textile shop. The large majority of staff we dealt with where rude. $150 dollars is taken from your card when checking in for room charges or any damage which we didn't know about. 2 x bottles of water are in the room with labels saying along the lines of "have a bottle of us" we drank 2 and had 2 re stocked which we drank. Upon checking out the $150 is transferred back to your card. However the next day just over $12 left my account. I went to see the hotel to ask why as still in the city and was told it was to pay for 4 bottles of water. Also with a very rude matter of fact response. This is definitely not explained on check in or I the room. Wouldn't stay here again.

Despite checking out properly and following up multiple times, the deposit has still not been returned. The lack of response and transparency is disappointing. I would advise future guests to confirm the deposit refund policy in writing before booking. They are Creating bad Image of New York Hotels and Hospitality globally .
