This hire is at a great location; it’s central to most things. The closest subway station is a few blocks away. They have very good staff and the hotel is very clean. They have cold water in the lobby and a small self-serve snacks kiosk. I was impressed with their breakfast; this is a full brunch style with many food options. The food is quite tasty and it’s all buffet style. This hotel is busy; the elevator can take quite a while. The rooms are nice; the upgraded room with a view is better. The rooms are quite small though, smaller than my typical experience. I travel quite often. The room had a sofa bed but once it was opened there was barely any space to walk around. To me fancy hotels should have individual toiletries; like ruby lotion bottles; a small cute sopa, etc. This hotel does not have that; they have generic bottles of soap and shampoo on the shower wall. The only major unconvinced was that they charge me for the room three times! I spoke to the front desk and the person was friendly and empathetic; but they couldn’t drop the charges because it would delete my reservation; they indicated. So I had to keep three charges for three days and then it was corrected. That’s slightly annoying. I would stay here again; just know that if it’s 4 people the rooms might be too small.

Katastrophaler Kundenservice!

Took my daughter to NYC for her 12th birthday—our first time visiting—and this hotel was exactly what we hoped for. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was surprisingly spacious for NYC (studio king with sofa), and the location was perfect.
If you're driving, there’s a parking garage directly behind the hotel that connects to the property, which is super convenient. My only complaint is that I wish the website had explained the parking situation more clearly—it would have saved me a $115 ticket. Garage cost was $100 for 2 nights. Name of the garage is iPark.
Despite that, we had a wonderful experience, and we’ll absolutely stay here again on our next trip to NYC. Thank you for helping make our visit special!

I stayed here for two separate weeks over the past month. Location was terrific for my needs, with access to essentially everything I could ever want.
The room was QUIET as hell. I stayed at the Hotel @ Fifth previously and it was loud, constantly. The king studio here was almost too quiet.
The bed was comfortable enough.
The space of the studio was great, with enough room for me to spread out and have some work space.
The bathroom shower head had a leak and they replaced it and fixed another issue almost immediately.
The front desk staff was friendly, and 2 free waters a day was really nice.
The gym had enough to manage some level of fitness.
The bar and restaurant were both fine and the free breakfast was awesome.
I don’t know what else I could have asked for outside of an airport shuttle, and that’s whatever. Really solid spot.

Extremely Disappointing Experience :
Rude and Unprofessional Staff
Date of Stay: November 4, 2025
I had a truly disappointing experience at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Times Square, New York. The check-in time was 4 PM and check-out as 11 AM, yet even well after 4 PM my room was still not ready. When I asked the front desk about the delay, the lady at reception was extremely rude, impolite, and dismissive. Instead of trying to help, she told me she had been hearing complaints like this all day and that it was not her fault. She even told me to go speak to the housekeeping staff myself.
What made it worse was her attitude — she spoke to me rudely and acted as if she was doing me a favor by finally giving me a room. That is not hospitality; it was a nightmare.
The entire experience was disorganized and unprofessional, with staff showing no empathy, accountability, or care for guests who had already paid. I had booked and paid for three nights, yet was made to wait and treated with complete disrespect.
I have stayed at many Hilton properties before and have always had good experiences, but this was by far the worst. I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
