- BPBrendan Pitzer6 days ago4.0I think the highlight of my stay here was definitely the staff. They were incredibly friendly, and so very helpful in the 4 day stay in NYC. Such amazing personalities, and very welcoming. Far outshined the stay I had in Washington DC the week before. While my room did have a double bed, it was one of the more comfortable beds that I have slept on in a long time - and well needed when walking across all of New York most of the time. It was also really well situated, for me to get to all of the sight seeing I had planned. The rooms were kept really clean, and the complimentary coffee from the Nespresso machine downstairs was very welcome! Thank you to the team there :)

When we arrived home we were contacted about items left in our room. Robbi and Jon made sure the items were returned to us easy and effortlessly. Robbi and Jon were friendly and there to help during and after our wonderful stay. Thanks guys have a happy new year!

In summary, we had an amazing room, excellent service, and received help from all the staff, which made our stay very happy. We especially had an unforgettable experience thanks to a surprise event from the manager, Chrissy. We highly recommend this hotel!
- SSShyria-ksDec 30, 20253.0So my friends and I reserved a double bed room 3 weeks in advance and when we got there they gave our room away. They could only offer us a 1 bedroom and it was four of us. The workers argued about giving us extra blankets and towels and washcloths. The location is good for time square but u have to go 2to3 blocks for parking which sucked cause it was cold and snowing, but it's New York so it is what it is. The room was clean and nice and they did give my friend and I birthday bags with goodies in them cause it was our birthdays.
