Upon our arrival we were welcomed by a staff member named "Merg" who checked us in and helped lighten our load of despair that we were dealing with at that time, by being very professional, hospitable and kind. It's so true how a first impression can leave a lasting impression. Merg consistently demonstrated true compassion in action throughout our stay and we noticed he treated all guests the same. He sets an awesome example of the company's promise mission "to create a heartfelt experience for guests" and is worthy of imitation and commendation. He's truly one you would want to encounter when checking into an hotel for any occasion as he puts forth great effort to address any situation with care. Top Notch!! JOB WELL DONE MERG!! Also, to name a few, but not limited to, some other staff members that did an outstanding job during our stay, maintaining the upkeep and that worked diligently to fulfill their roles are: Nicole (Admin), Mariia (housekeeping), Sondra (housekeeping), Destiny (housekeeping), Mr. Sammie (bldg maintenance), Andrea (food svc), Mercy (food svc) and there are several others that strives to go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, clean, provide mid-week evening hotel treats for the family, provide daily hot & cold breakfast and fresh fruit, nice pool & gym that re regularly sanitized...

What made our stay exceptional was the breakfast service from Vaugne and Marcy. Our son is celiac and they were so helpful in checking labels and ensuring that he had food that wasn't accidentally cross contaminated.

I went to the front desk and I asked Rashod if he could change my room to one that might have a better signal and he was extremely accommodating. He even tried to login my laptop and work cell phone so I was able to complete my work. I would recommend this hotel and I give many thanks to Rashod for making my stay, much better!
