- RSRoth SunderNov 1, 20251.0Honestly, I would avoid this hotel. It's located by the highway, and if you are unfortunate enough to have a room facing the highway, it's noise all night and no sleep. The receptionist was unable to help. I paid over 300 dollars for a night of no sleep. Not happy really. Also, reading the reviews, it looks like the management shows a high level of insecurity and incompetence by systematically responding to low rating reviews and trying to prove that the reviewers were wrong instead of accepting the feedback and acting appropriately. That's a really big red light, I wish I had noticed this before staying that that place .

Hairdryer only worked on low/cool. Pool was chillier than was comfortable. Bath towels were tiny. Hot water and coffee in the lobby weren't hot. Only powdered milk for the in room coffee. Overall nothing terrible but not what I've come to expect from Hilton, especially for the price.
